The MCA AGM scheduled for 5th December has been postponed . This is done in the best interest of the Party due to certain circumstances .

The President did not attend the CC meeting as he is still very weak and recuperating in his house . I just spoke to him and this is what he has to say . Even if there is gold in front of him , he has no strength to even go and pick it up .

AGM could be postponed due to all these factors :

a) Najib busy with LIMA and possibly could not attend MCA AGM .

b) President is sick and might not be able to attend AGM due to his condition

c) Information received that members who are affiliated to triads in Pahang and Perak are trying to create troubles during this coming AGM to run down the MCA to pave the way for outsiders to step in . This has a very high percentage , above 90 precent .

d) Postponing is the best cooling off method to allow GUP to work . AGM has been postponed till February after the Chinese New Year .

e) An election task force has been formed to " look into " fresh elections without any date mentioned . If all goes well , there will be no need for ' fresh elections ' .The three scumbags were incorporated is because any fresh elections , if there will be one ! will also involve fresh elections for the Youth and for the Wanita .

f) Do not listen to all sorts of rumours or from other websites about OTK , get it from this blog or from Datuk Ti's blog . People are spining to create chaos .

Najib has commented that with today's decision , there will be NO NEED for him to mediate anymore , for those who do not understand plain simple English , it means UMNO will no longer be involved in MCA's squabbles ...follow GUP . For those who keep on hoping to see fireworks within MCA , the fireworks have ended .

For those who keep on talking bad about OTK , may you reap what you sow .

  1. I am sad to hear this. The 3 foocuking scumbags are give a role in this. Come on MCA. I think this is the end of MCA. MCA is nothing but a collection of freeloaders, gang and triads, cheats and cry babies. Almost nothing worth scavenging in there.

  2. Congratulations to CSL for coming up with such a novel decision. LTL gang thinks they can bulldoze their schemes through easily prior to the meeting with the support of external forces. MCA problems have to be settled through
MCA Constitutional and democratic means where the minority should respect the decisions of the majority. As the MCA pledge clearly stated FOLLOW YOUR LEADER, LOVE YOUR MOTHERLAND. If the minority feels that they have been treated badly, please leave the PARTY. Bravo to CSL-OTK team.

  3. Never in the history of Malaysia we have a politician who insists in working for the Rakyat like OTK, and isn't afraid of any kind of threat.

If OTK is out of the picture, I am sure a lot of heartbroken Rakyat will leave Malaysia, me included.

So, whatever happens, J4OTK and others, please help us by telling OTK to NOT GIVE UP !!

I think the decision to postpone the AGM is very wise.

The bottomline is : MCA leadership is not "meddled with" by outsiders --as "INVITED" by the Dirty Dozen & Liow....

Otherwise, we would be very shameful/Pai Sheh/Lao Kuui...because our party affairs (including the Constitution) are subjected to external interference....

Since there is an "Election Task Force", why don't you guys, in the spirit of the Chinese wisdom --- " 順水推舟 " --- do something to encourage that task force to launch fresh elections for both the Youth and Wanita wings?

It's a good decision. Enemies are waiting to see MCA self-destruction but good judgement and sense prevail. Implement GUP to heal, unite and serve then fresh election.

Talk is EASY and please see what j4otk wrote regarding repeat of 803 . You do not shaft a decision down their throats . The very fact they have accept the decision and the fact they had let CSL made the announcement shows they have accepted CSL as the deputy .

  18. My 2 cents

This decision can be deemed as a dual edge sword. It's a advantage for us, and also for the opponent. But it's a disadvantage for us. Unless!!! The decision is a no go for Fresh Election. This coming two weeks is of the essence. Anybody become a whistle blower within this period of time will most likely be condemn to the fullest. Hence, there will be alot of provocation to make one or another blow. Base on my guess, OTK has got quite a short fuse. But, maybe the sick come in as a good time to let him rest and refresh his mind.
It may seem that the decision to delay is of our advantage as whatever decision this "election committee" make "most likely" is of our advantage. But what if things backfired? Hence, our hope all lies on how CSL handle the situation.
The relationship btwn CSL & LTL currently seems suggestive, however, it is of the greater good of the party. The question is always, what did LTl & Co. benefit from this deal?
If fresh election is a no go, what will LTL & Co. do next?
Hence, a much more constructive probability is a fresh election will be held soon.
It seems that Liow & Co. only had hatred towards OTK and not CSL.
And obviously, LTL & co. is doing their best to butter honey sugar up CSL so they can have the greater control of the whole situation by having CSL to support them.
I really do hope this will not happen.
However, when all doors are close, there's always a window.
We shall not give up hope for the sake of JUSTICE.
By all means, everyone in MCA should work together and pull the right knot to tighten the MCA package for a solid base for the Malaysian Chinese hope of reliability.

Look, FGZ LTL is dimbulb, we know that, but FGZ Wee ain't.

Why he swallowed his pride and agree to abide by the decision handed down by CSL?

Have you ever thought of that, Monk?

Things are never as easy as you and I see it. Something always changing, and something must have happened between 2 days ago and today to force FGZ Wee to swallow his pride (and he isn't crying, is he?)

Your guess is as good as mine at this juncture, Monk.

  21. Is a GOD wish .Him care about us. The illness of OTK comes at the right time. Such sickness if suffer before understanding at least need one week to rest at home. Not overlook this kind of illness which may cost life. Today CC meeting is a WISE decision. If every delegates found GUP work well, when it can go for fresh election is not that important. Happy to note both PM & DPM is out of water from MCA, they respect us, we sure give him good return in the next GE. Firm action from police should be taken in the Pahang & Perak for those people want to give trouble to MCA AGM, preventive action is their job.

  22. Dear Silo,

In Chinese Language, Crisis is written as 危机.

    meaning "Danger".

    meaning "Opportunity".

    It's a crisis.

    It's a double edged sword.

The outcome is still an unknown, and it depends largely on what we do with it.

If we just sit tight and moan and groan and bitch about it, then the FGZs sure gonna take the chance to beat us down.

But if we turn the situation around, judging by the way FGZ Wee is doing right now (do observe WSK's body language if you have the chance), there is a chance we still can kick their butts and achieve the original goal.

  23. Dear SDR kalambong

Why he swallowed his pride and agree to abide by the decision handed down by CSL?

He swallowed his pride not because he agreed to abide by the decision handed down by CSL , he had NO choice but to accept , he was over ruled by two thirds agreeing to the decision . The two thirds have already accepted the and was in agreement finalised last night when they discussed until 2.30 am .

The announcement of the fresh election was to pacify many elements within the youth movement otherwise it would sound as if they have lost everything .

The other is he might be afraid at this stage that should there be a fresh election , he is going to lose ALL . That is why when CSL made the announcement with Liow , WKS and CMF and his group were nowhere to be seen .

And don't forget they had a meeting with Moodhydin a few days ago , and probably Liow was told to back down after realising he had only 547 delegates supporting him , and who knows maybe a warning since his case is still open by MACC .

We have to assume UMNO cannot force decisions down the throat of MCA , they will go down with us hence the back tracking by the brutus and group .

    d. The party's sovereignty is its last straw.

    b. With the hope he could subdue the crowd with the big boss' consent.

    c. All he wanted was to get over the whole thing fast.

    6. Why has Ong stepped in and out of the hospital so often?

    b. Surrender it to Ong, and let him do the chop and grill again.

    c. Keep fighting, to prove that MCA indeed has its say.

    9. Why is Ong so insistently against the fresh polls?

    b. Chua Soi Lek might kiss him goodbye.

    c. Central delegates might make the wrong choice.

    d. The delegates might drown themselves in material enjoyment in KL.

    10. If Najib were to summon the feuding factions, the best venue should be:

    a. PM's office: Official things should be settled in office.

    b. PM's residence: To create a homely feel.

    c. MCA headquarters: To prove that MCA still has its say.

  27. KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 2, 2009) : The MCA central committee (CC) today postponed Saturday's annual general meeting (AGM) to give it time to stabilise the party for fresh elections for which a special committee has been set up to study the constitutional aspects.

Liow Tiong Lai being mobbed by reporters after the MCA CC meeting.
"The decision (to defer the AGM) is for stability, not due to external pressure," party deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek told a packed press conference after a two-hour CC meeting at the party headquarters here. The new date has yet to be decided.

Party president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat, who was on medical leave after being treated for a stomach ailment, was informed and agreed with the decisions made.

"The decision to postpone the AGM was an unanimous one by all central committee members…it was done because we want it to be the beginning of unity and not because we are bowing to pressure from any parties. We apologise if it causes inconvenience for the delegates."

He said the decision to postpone the AGM is not against the party’s constitution but that the Registrar of Societies (ROS) must be informed.

Chua also said a special committee headed by him was set up to go through the details of holding fresh polls for the party's central committee.

"It will look into constitutional aspects and whether it should involve the Youth and Women wings."

He said the committee, which comprises secretary-general Senator Datuk Wong Foon Meng and six vice-presidents, including those from the Youth and women wings, will take two weeks to come up with its decision.

The MCA leadership crisis, which has become a major concern for Barisan Nasional (BN), progressively worsened after Ong and Chua -- who could not see eye-to-eye then -- were elected to the top two posts last year. Chua was later removed as deputy president after the presidential council endorsed a recommendation from the disciplinary board that heard a complaint regarding Chua's sex videotape issue.

At the Oct 10 extraordinary general meeting (EGM), Ong narrowly lost a no-confidence vote while Chua was not reinstated as deputy president. This event later saw the emergence of a third force led by party vice-president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai who has the support of leaders of the Youth and Wanita wings.

Ong and Chua famously made up under a Greater Unity Plan, with Liow's faction gunning for fresh polls to decide the leadership once and for all. All factions have agreed to new elections but cannot agree on the date. There have also been calls for the Youth and Wanita leadership to also be covered in the fresh polls.

Following the press conference, Liow told reporters: "We are trying to find a solution to our problems," adding that the party is finally going forward and no longer "going in circles".

Also present at the press conference were Wanita chief Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun and Youth chief Datuk Wee Ka Siong, who were sacked from the presidential council.

  28. KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 2 (Bernama) -- The MCA annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for Saturday has been postponed to a date to be set later and a special committee was formed to study fresh party elections.

The decision was reached at the MCA Central Committee (CC) meeting chaired by party deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek.

All CC members were present except for MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat, who is hospitalised.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Dr Chua described the CC's unanimous decision as the starting point in enhancing unity and stability in the party.

"The decision was not due to pressure from any quarters, instead it was for the good of the party. A new date had yet to be fixed," he said.

Dr Chua said simultaneously, the AGMs of MCA Youth and Wanita would also be postponed and the party would bear the travelling expanses incurred.

He said the decision had been conveyed to Ong, who also agreed on the formation of the special committee.

The committee will delve on not only fresh elections for Central Committee posts but also that of the Youth and Wanita wings, said Dr Chua, adding that it was given two weeks to complete the study.

The committee comprised four vice-presidents, namely Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai, Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen, Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha and Tan Kok Hong, secretary-general Senator Datuk Wong Foon Meng, Youth chief Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong and Wanita chief Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun.

Four CC members, namely Datuk Seri Tan Chai Ho, Senator Heng Seai Kie, Datuk Liew Yuen Keong and Gan Ping Sieu, and party legal bureau chief Lim Hong Chang are also in the committee.

Dr Chua said the Registrar of Societies (ROS) would be informed on the postponement.

Liow, when met by reporters, described the postponement as a good new beginning for the party.

"The unity and stability of the party is crucial. Holding fresh elections is one way of resolving the problems and everybody is looking into this direction.

"That's why we set up a new committee to study this so that the party can move forward," he added.

  36. To me the Brutus and gang are the trouble makers in MCA, they are the cause of the current mess. First they plot to pit OTK against CSL then backstabbed OTK and try to grab the presidential post, because they were working for somebody else who does not want OTK as the Transport Minister so that the interest of that somebody can be covered up and PKFZ scandal case close. These people miss the trophy by inches then they turn to their god father for help and their god father put their weight down to tell MCA to do this and that. These are also the public perception.

MCA to survive the next election must carry out serious cleansing, all destructive parasites must be destroyed to come out lean but mean. MCA not willing to take this painful and drastic route is only postponing the problems which may become untreatable. MCA should also not listen to UMNO who does not practice what they preach and can't get their own house in order. If they disagree with MCA to take the traitors to task then ask them to take Anwar back to UMNO otherwise ask them to shut up......

    That cannot be true!

Liow & gang wanted fresh election for the CC. But OTK-CSL countered by suggesting fresh election for all sections....

So now it appears that the special committee headed by CSL will discuss and finalise "fresh election" for all sections. If no consensus is achieved, then NO election lah!

This is what CSL going to tell PM.

Don't you think that LTL & gang are also scared to let PM know that they reject election for all sections?

Now in the market the talk is about CSL VS LTL for the Presidency. Many newspapers considered OTK as a GONE CASE already.

For eg., China Press spinned the news which said it is likely that CSL will be contesting with LTL for the Presidency.

"OTK is busy with some issues & sick, so he might not contest. Even if he entered the ring, his chance of winning is not good":-

For those who write that the UMNO leadership doesn't like OTK wants to kick out OTK , the effect will be the opposite . While they are trying to spin and convince their readers that OTK in longer like by UMNO , the opposite effect is that those who don't like UMNO will support OTK .

For eg., China Press spinned the news which said it is likely that CSL will be contesting with LTL for the Presidency.

Similarly the more spins of this nature is not going to help those whose names are mentioned as the general public is damned fed up of any more squabbles of this nature . What do you think people would say when they spin this news ? Wah the two XIAO ? again ? they must be mad eh ?...

Let them go and write what they want to write for them to SHIOK sendiri .

Ka Ki Kong hor Lam Pah song .

  45. Since I was warned last nite by (some of) my local contacts - they are very reluctant to disclose anything, and I understand why, - I turned to my contacts in HK and Taiwan.

    A lot of info !

If those people living abroad can have so much info on the Wah Kee (and also Ang Men) activities in M'sia (and S'pore), I wonder why PDRM don't have the same intel, and not take action against the triads ?

Could it be that some high ups within the PDRM are "on the take"?

    I do have to wonder.

    Not like thatlah.

Our PDRM merely keep track/monitor....No action because those members' behaviours are within limits of laws....

Further, our Peace Hill personnel may also need "informants" among those people for "certain jobs/matters"....

Anyway, Police hands are full, so they only manage to get the taikos to control their macais....

I am sure you have heard that many Tan Sri's (Tan in Imbi Road/Tan in Penang/Chen in Damansara/ Lim in Ipoh...) are the real Mafia Chiefs--though they are CIVILIANS lah!

Now we may add a few Tuns to that group already.

Chinese proverb says: "Feed the army for 10 years. Use them only for a day when need arises."

So far so goodlah: Need has not arisen!

  47. To Boddhi Lai,

If it's that simple, NAMO AMITABHA BUDDHAYA x 3 back to you.

    But it ain't !

    It's a design rather as a coincidence.

What arm no is doing is this --- they purposely let the Chinese triads infiltrate the Chinese based political parties so that the Chinese based parties won't be able to take care of the Chinese community anymore.

The triads will have their own selfish demands and just by fulfilling the needs of the triads, the Chinese based political parties would already have their hands full.

I was a part of the triads, I know what are their "needs".

And by the way, it's not "Tan Sris" anymore. There are also some "Datuk Seris" in the El Bosso de la Mafioso list.

You would be surprised, very surprised, to know who are involved !

I humbly submit that this 'allegation' is baseless. Umno is not so 'free' to do such thing!

If there is any triad members in a political party, that was because of our choice --we failed to filter their participation; not Umno's fault.

Anyway, I don't the participation of "ex-members" (who had washed their hands in the golden plate)in political parties would cause any harm.

Many of them are in the business community. And Police also don't bother them....They are still serving the people/nation in many ways lah.

    Cheers.
