Just My Observations GUP stays

Now that the deadline has passed for those wanabes and still no news on the actual number of resignations . I can only conclude that only 13 have resigned .

If there is indeed more than 13 and meets the two thirds that is required , wouldn't you think Brutus and Gang would have made a big hoo ha about it ? They will be calling for Press Conferences with all those behind him and talking Big as if he is the UMNO installed president ?

The message is very clear , many who initially wanted to resign were pissed off or put off by the orchestrated resignations in Parliament . They saw that as something that shouldn't have been done in Parliament and what they really got into their brains was that Liow Tiong Lai was actually trying to impress his boss in UMNO because immediately after the PC , Liow was seen walking away to have a meeting with DPM Muhyiddin . Your guess is as good as mine what they discuss .

Wong stays mum, won't reveal names

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 25 — MCA secretary-general Datuk Wong Foon Meng (picture) today declined to reveal the list of the party's Central Committee (CC) members who had or had not tendered their resignation letters following today's deadline for them to state their stand.

In a statement here tonight, Wong said he did not want to cause any confusion in the party's effort to resolve the crisis the MCA is currently facing.

"The MCA headquarters'secretariat or myself will update the Special Committee on Party Re-elections chaired by Deputy President Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek (on the status of the resignations)," he added.

25th December the closing date for submitting the resignation letters for the proposed fresh polls set by the special committee has passed and I hope the Sec Gen should take note. The CCMs should be disciplined and have the integrity not to submit resignation letters after the date-line as doing so will reflect their commitment, loyalty and respect to the party and her constitution. The time-frame has been set and is to be respected and take seriously not to be fooled around just like any deliquent would do. CCMs can resign at any time with reasons but since the party through its special committee headed by DS CSL as it chairman has made certain conditions for the said fresh polls, the decisions made by concensus should be respected by everyone.

If the 2/3 resignation is not met, it should be taken that the majority of the CCMs want the MCA to unite, heal and serve through GUP which has been proven to be inclusive. No more sandiwara and I hope MCA would form the Displinary Board immediately to deal with members who try to be mischevious. No one is indispensable as the party has to move forward. We cannot be bogged down by a few indifferent members who if any after this to create instability in the party. Act swiftly without fear or favour in accordance with the party constitution. Enough of rubbish and antics.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE. MAY 2010 BE A YEAR OF ENLIGHTENMENT.

  3. Dear Rotten Fishhead, they should have grown up as they are one year older now.

Good and matured leaders should be able to fit into changing environments and circumstances.

There is a limit to everything.

May I suggest that all MCA leaders to go through aptitude tests to filter out the imbeciles to avoid "leaders" acting like clowns.

  7. If the MCA leaders - OTK/CSL and Co are not happy with UNMO' "assistance" and refuse to resign as excuse. I suggest they quit BN, do not stay with BN to get some sinecures. Why stick to UNMO then.

    What puppets?

This is democracy in practice: The minority (LTL & Co) follows the majority (OTK-CSL team).

If you (LTL backed by WKS/OKTing/CKChoy/TS Liu...)think you are good and powerful, show us your macai in the MCA.

Members are going to judge you by assessing your figures: If less than 1/3, what is there roar (like lion)?

Go back to the G.U.P. quickly. We got so many jobs unfinished, man!

    HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010!

Dtk Wong Foo Meng is not keeping mum but is rightly following procedures. Reporting to the special committee chairperson DS CSL pertaining to the resignation letters.

DS CSL as a matter of courtesy should inform the party president DS OTK once being informed by the Sec Gen of the status.

The members of the special committee should be told of the status.

Subsequently, a CC meeting should be called to dicuss the matter and decisions pertaining to it are binding without any post-sandiwara by anyone.

Put on record during the CC meeting that indiscipline or questioning the decisions shall be dealt with in accordance with the party constitution without fear or favour.

  16. Some people just don't understand "yes man' and 'puppets" in this crisis. Think they suffer from amnesia and not anorexia. All this kind of talk is cheap: LTL & group have been given a lot of face before and in the run up to the resignation campaign for fresh election and failto get the numbers. So what is there to complain about? Besides displaying all the desperdo acts and finally digging own graves but turn and churn. Wonder the worms don't die that easily - need a certain fire to destroy super disgruntled bugs worse than mutated H1N5. 2010 is going to be a new chapter for MCA, can it be ruffled by the bugs.

  17. What will the 3 brutus do next? They will not take this sitting down. They wil definetely be up to some other tricks.

The only way to stop them is to whack them once and for all. MCA. Do it. Do not give an inch to these bastards.

  18. From Malaysiakini

"MCA deputy education minister Wee Ka Siong took the battle to his political rivals over allegations about his involvement in the controversial Port Klang Free Trade Zone (PKFZ) scandal and accused them of character assassination."

I say. Wee Ka Siong has no character. How can a non existing character be assassinated?

    Stupid Piggy!

  19. Aixin,

LTL & Co's machai are the Central Delegates. If OTK + CSL claim to have more than 95% supports, then why worry. Pls along wiht LTL and finish them off base on their rules.

But many know that OTK has lost all the supports he used to have ever since he kiss with CSL. CSL has climbing up a greasy pole in Johor even as a state head.

By the way, is CSL the President de facto??!! in exchange for OTK's prolong tenure??

MCA is goner .... as the Hua Duan, Dong Zhong and the reat - of course do not ask CC members or those yesman bloggers or paid writers (wen chiang sou)

    Happy New Year in advance.
