The Big Snake has finally shown its true colors .

Well many people has been asking me why I am so quiet and why I am posting articles other than MCA .

Here is my response , I am not quiet , you can't be feeding only MCA articles 100 percent , eventually when MCA puts its house in order , this blog will have to evolve into Justice for Malaysians .

So to answer to all those asking for my continued whacking of Brutuses ,

This is what I have to say ..............

On those Central Committee resigning for fresh elections :

The following have emerged :

a) the 12 CCs in the LTL group have now been evenly split into two camps .

Those align to the Ong Ka Ting group wants to resign by next week . Of the six CCs align to OKT , they are :

1) Tan Kok Hong

2) Wee Jack Seng

3) Dr Hou Kok Chung

4) Wong Nai Chee

5) Lee Wei Kiat

6) Edward Khoo Keok Hai

The group align to Liow Tiong Lai now does not wished to resign for fearing that should they lose in the fresh elections they stand to lose everything . So I am told they are NOT resigning . Obviously the 547 delegates who attended the special briefing got the message to them .

They are :

1) Yu Chok Tow

2) Yeow Chai Thiam

3) Ho Khai Mun

4) Liew Yuen Keong

5) Wong Siong Hwee

6) Wong Mook Leong

So to me the GUP is of most importance to me than to be whacking them day in day out .

For those CC s who heeded the calls by PM to resign is akin to having Najib as the President of the Malay Controlled Association and they are liken to be the real traitors of MCA . The more they listen to UMNO , the more they are exposing their backside for all to see until you can even count the number of hairs sticking out from their arsehole .

    Correct.Correct.Correct.

As bloggers, you must be able to take pressure (from readers) and turn "stressed" into "desserts"....

But I suggest that you merely post the relevant news without whacking anybody from among the FGZs.

In that way you are not hurting anybody and do not engage in actions which may jeopardise the reunity of all factions in the party.

The show (Beijing or Teochew operas) must go on until we are comfortable with what we had planned to achieve.

You have done a good job!

I still maintain that FRESH ELECTION is not the solution to the MCA's problem. The mentality and attitudes of the minority are the main hindrance to a unified MCA. Throw away the EGO and come to the senses to embrace GUP to heal, unite and serve is the best vehicle to a stable and dignified political party.

Political leaders should be able to change when circumstances and time demand them to do so.

I won't be surprised since we have one newly appointed CC member who is impatient to recontest a VP position . The short fella who last contested the Deputy President .

There are CC members who wants to resign to clean out all the Brutuses from the Party , however I feel those CC must weigh the consequences of their actions .

MCA is a democratic Party and does not stop anyone from wanting to resign . They are matured and wise enough to reason for their ownselves whether its good for the party .

Of the 3/4 CC they are more likely from the CSL side .

But what they say might not be what they do . Everyone wants to test market , test the waters or trying to find out who has no bones . Hopefully they are not bought which I feel is highly unlikely .

Fresh polls just for the sake of satisfying ones' ego to defy the party is not endearing oneselves to the members.

Just ask how can fresh polls reunite MCA?
Will setting precedent weaken MCA in future?
Can't MCA settle her own problem?
Are MCA leaders' mentality so questionable?
    Why is GUP not acceptable?
Are the CDs' judgement pertaining to the last MCA's election quetionable?
If so, should there be a fresh election to choose the new CDs as the CCMs' have lost their confidence in the CDs?

BREAKING NEWS Liow and at least 12 CC members are expected to tender their resignations today in the hope of pressuring other CC members to follow suit so that fresh polls can be held soon.

The minority 12 CCMs pressuring other CCMs to resign. It is like coup de'tat. LTL's brand of DEMOCRACY.

  12. Did the Brutus Liow and his dogs resign? Good. Now that Liow is no longer VP. He has no more say. The rest now do not need to resign. Just hold election for the resigned seats.

  13. Anon 11.10 am. Very good strategy. LTL and co are always so stupid. Easily manipulated and manipulate. What goes round will come around.

  14. What will happen, if Liow and the 12 dogs resign today, but there is insufficient resignation to call a fresh election. Will the resignation of Liow and gang be still effective in this case? Or is the resignations conditional.

13, led by Liow, resign from CC

"MCA vice-president Liow Tiong Lai and his 12 supporters from the central committee submitted their resignation letters to the party secretary-general this morning to pave the way for fresh polls.

The 13 who resigned today were Liow, Tan Kok Hong, Lee Wei Kiat, Hou Kok Chung, Yu Chok Tow, Wong Nai Chee, Wee Jeck Seng, Yeow Chai Thiam, Hoh Khai Mun, Liew Yuen Keong, Wong Mook Leong, Khoo Keok Hai and Wong Siong Hwee."

  19. Anon 11:29 asked,

How is the format of the letter for resignation? Is it conditional? If not they have already hanged themselves. Good.

The letter is surely simple and UNCONDITIONAL!

    There is no half-way house....

So once they submitted the resignation letters to the Sec-Gen, their positions in the CC are gone (with the wind):

Article 42. A member of the Central Committee may resign his office
by letter submitted to the Secretary-General giving his
reasons. The Central Committee shall consider his
resignation at its meeting next after the submission of the
letter of resignation. In the event of any of the elected
members of the Central Committee ceasing to hold office
for whatsoever reason the Central Committee may appoint
another to fill the vacancy until the General Assembly in
    which Party elections are held.

If after Christmas Day, there are only 13 or less than 21 CC members resign, the CC is empowered to appoint new members to fill the vanacies until 2011.

BUT FOR THE SAKE OF UNITY, the party leadership may be CINCAI lah....and let the 13 stooges take back their resignation letters and CLOSE RANKS.

NO POINT "killing ourselveslah" when we have to face 13th GE in 2011-year of Rabbit.

  20. MCA vice-presidents Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai and Tan Kok Hong led a group of party central committee members to submit their resignation letters.

Others who submitted their letters were Wong Nai Chee, Datuk Wong Mook Leong, Datuk Liew Yuen Keong, Wong Siong Hwee, Datuk Yu Chok Tow, Deputy Higher Education Minister Dr Hou Kok Chung, Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Wee Jeck Seng, Datuk Dr Yeow Chai Thiam, Datuk Hoh Khai Mun, Datuk Edward Khoo and Lee Wei Kiat.

The resignation letters from the 13 CC members are undated.

The secretary-general will only put in the date when 21 CC members have resigned.

Also stated in the letters was that the resignation was only for fresh polls to be called.

If no 21 CC members were to resign by Dec 25, which is the deadline, then the resignation from the 13 would become invalid.

Earlier, at least 12 elected members from the MCA central committee, including Liow Tiong and Tan, have indicated they would submit their resignation letters to party secretary-general Datuk Wong Foon Meng here at 10.45am on Tuesday morning.

When contacted, Liow confirmed the resignation plans.

The party must conduct a fresh election within 30 days when 21 or more of the 31 elected members of the central committee resign.

    More to come

    NO BALLS IT IS CONDITIONAL.

    ReplyDelete
  21. But the pig Wee Ka Siong and fried noodle Chew Mei Fun are still in the CC. They will not resign. How to rid them? Or is it better to bribe them?

    ReplyDelete
  22. This is no bloody resignation. The resignation is invalid. Why should any CC members resign when these people have no balls. They are just instigating others. They are just bluffing people. Bloody hell. They ares till up to the same trick.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Ah.It is conditional. So no need 'balls' or LP lah....

This goes to show that the MCA leadership is very sporting--not out to kill the rivals/opposing factions....

This is a good sign--that OTK's "stomach can now allow boat to sail" (the Chinese proverb).HAHAHA

    HIDUP OTK!

  25. LTL is a real traitor who is so indisciplined that he handed in the letters of resignation at the Parliement lobby and not at the MCA HQ. Proper procedure and the dignity of the Party should be upheld. Publicity , I guess! Why not handing over under a BIG SHADY TREE!

    ReplyDelete
  26. He should have handed it in , in Najib's office , why parliament ? after all Najib is the de-fact-to MCA ( Malay Controlled Association ) President .

Running Dogs running to their Masters .

  27. Can someone get a mentally deranged guy to do a Silvio Berlusconi act on him , Liow ? Perhaps with all his front tooth broken !

    ReplyDelete
  28. Still cannot understand why the minority CC members can dictate the future of MCA. They should resign WITHOUT any attached conditions. Why are they still allowing cry babies in the Committee. Unless the Youth and Wanita Chiefs resign and go for fresh elections, why should the rest resign. You still have MUSUH DALAM SELIMUT.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Of course it has to be CONDITIONAL as they have been CHEATED by OTK/CSL at least twice. At least they have the balls to resign.

Another great news - PM has met with CSL and told him to pick a date for reelection. Message is clear. CSL and co will be next group of resignation.

Looks like re-election is inevitable. I am not sure if OTK will still want to work with LTL & Co as I and many others do not like CSL. They start to dislike OTK as OTK embrace CSL.

As to the question on WKS and CMF did not resign, hello! please wake up, they are in the CC because they are Head of the youth and wanita wings which is guaranteed CC members. How to resign unless they quit as the heads of the 2 wings. I can not comprehend, while you support OTK, please know the whole picture first wtihout making a fool of yourselves.

I still hope OTK can patch up with LTL.... and dump the Dirty Old Man.

  30. For those who keep saying why the MINORITY CAN HOLD RANSOM TO THE MAJORITY..... pls adjust a little your metality. If your logic is anyting to go by, then as minority race in Malaysia, you are suppose to be followers - ya! Betul!

OTK has already appoint all his men in the CC, so he is already in a way manupulated the democracy system (even though his staunch supporters may argue that it is his progative).

If you idea is good, I see no reasons why they are minority do not like them. They must be those who speak the truth (like the kids in the emperor clothes) or those get affected. As leaders, OTK has to listen to minority and sort out all issues which apparently he failed miserably. It all started after 1010 when he listen to some bad advices.

  31. Bulls to you LA. Liow Tiong Lai is nothing but a big bullshitter. As for Wee Ka Siong and Chew Mei Fun. What is so grand about these two idiots that they dont have to resign. With them and with Najib's hand behind. MCA is as dead as a dodo.

    ReplyDelete
  32. LTL's letter of resignation is equivocal. Hence it is NOT VALID. Let ROS decide if the letter os acceptable.

    ReplyDelete
  33. LA

LTL faction supposed to resign embloc together with OTK after the 1010 which they declared a day earlier. Yet they insist that OTK ALONE resign when he came from from Bangkok.

To me delegates voted on 1010 EGM because of CSL issue. It has nothing to do with his leadership.
As a layman with all the unravelling of PKFZ which is now revealing I respect his guts to withstand onslaught from all corners, from OKT, CKC, TKS, WC...and also external forces. Besides as a taxpayer I want to see the culprits whether it be MCA or non-MCA leaders to be brought to justice.

If we were to listen to outsiders, I don't think there is any pride left for an MCA member. The GUP which is an all-inclusive plan is still the best solution for all parties. We do not want an MCA
which is split into 2, 3......Don't you think so?

    ReplyDelete
  34. JUISTICE FOR ALL12/15/2009 04:38:00 PM

    Yes, GUP is the solution.
Just sincerely ask yourself how would a fresh election unite MCA if the precedent is set for 12 MINORITY CCMs to terrorise the party.

    ReplyDelete
  35. As Malaysian Chinese, I am proud of the act of a Chinese Minister taking initiative to reveal the PKFZ scandal even though he faces onslaught from many people.

Eventually, the voters will support OTK and MCA if everyone come together under GUP.

    A proud non MCA citizen

  36. How can the Sec-Gen accept conditional resignation letters. Something must be wrong with him. He should reject these letters or refer them to ROS. This is blatantly not right.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Ya , what bullshitt is this conditional resignation ?

Want to resign , resign Lah fcuking bastards got no balls .

How can a resignation be such that it is only valid when it meets the two thirds resignation requirement ? Mana ada macam ini ? pundak , pordah !

If two thirds do not resign , then the resignation is invalid . ma ka chou chi bai ... Liow
