Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Barisan Nasional have no interest nor any intention to “meddle” in MCA’s affairs, said Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that however, after looking at the situation turning “critical” and fearing that the crisis would be prolonged, Najib as Barisan Nasional chairman felt that “help” should be extended.
“Let me reiterate that the Prime Minister and I have no vested interest in wanting to help MCA end its leadership crisis. I have a lot on my plate; there is the (possibility of) a by-election, floods and other matters that need my attention.

A little bird just gave me this information and I have reasons to believe this imformation he gave me is accurate .
They ( the renegades , mutinous gang ) are giving or rather paying $ 500 ringgit for every delegate who attends their 1128 EGM . For every Divisional head or Chairman they are giving $ 1000 . For those delegates from Sabah they are giving $ 1000 plus the airfare . As for the Divisional Chairman from Sabah , it's an additional $1000 .
Who is paying all these ? Where's the money coming from ? Your guess is as good as mine .
For those who have receive money from them , please lodge a report with MACC and with the MCA secretariat . or
Take the money and vote AGAINST them .
One friendly reminder ...this is an illegal EGM and you are accepting illegal money which is bribery or corruption .
Best is Please Do Not attend ..$ 500 for your principles or the future of your family and the Chinese community is not worth it . You will reap what you sow .

The best way to uphold RESPECT , DEMOCRACY OR PARTY CONSTITUTION is any delegate who is lured to sell his vote is to make a affidavit and keep the proof.Lodge a police report if necessary or let 3rd party to make investigation . Attending the Unconstitutional EGM is an INJUSTICE TO THE PARTY AND ITS GRASSROOT MEMBERS.
Any delegate who attend the unconstitutinal is breaching the PARTY CONSTITUTION thus disciplinary action awaits you. That is why the Sec Gen has officailly notified all the delegates pertaining to its status. The EGM being not constitutional is not sanctioned by the party.
Article 9.3 is very clear about this. MCA DELEGATES SHOULD HAVE DISCIPLIN AS IT REFLECTS ON ITS DIGNITY AND CREDIBILITY
Don't sell your soul to the minority 10 or less CCMs captain by the ever flip flop LTL.

A. Can you please tell us, Mr. William Cheng, what have the past 2 MCA presidents, --- Ong Ka Ting and Ling Leong Sek, --- done for the Chinese community ?
B. What have you, Mr. William Cheng, done for the Chinese community ?
Regarding Ong Tee Keat... What has he done for the Chinese community?
1. Forces the government to pay 100% of the construction of a Chinese primary school.
What about the Chinese schools in your area, Mr. William Cheng?
Are the Chinese schools built with 100% government money or the Chinese have to pay a "2nd tax" to build the schools?
Do you dare to force the federal government to pay 100% for the building of a Chinese school, Mr. William Cheng?
Do not forget, Mr. William Cheng, that we Chinese pay 80% of the taxes for this country !
2. Alert the Chinese community about the "Gone Low" phenomena, ie, RM 30,000 funds from the education department turned into RM 3,000 payment for the contractor.
3. Alert the Chinese (and all the Malaysians) regarding the multi-Billion dollar PKFZ scandal.
The Chinese tax payers (who pay 80% of the tax) would end up paying 10 Billion out of the 12.5 Billion price tag.
In other words, Ong Tee Keat is trying to save the Chinese tax payers 10 Billion Ringgit !!

True, money politics is rife in Malaysia. Malaysian Transparency Internation index shows it, the man on the street proves it. Every tom dick harry knows it. Is it any surprise that this happens - every body knows it is fact. Look at the starting point of this would be Egm now coming into fruition albeit illegal for its unconstitutional resolutions. The crave for personal and selfish motive by a few disgruntled power-thirst contenders is real. Anything can happen by the looks of it. They are in a hurry to have the Egm and this proves something is really wrong. Look and review how this comes about in the first place - the sabotage on Oct 10 - the rejection of the Chief's proposal for Egm when his trusted men failed collectively to resign with him. I can understand how OTK suffered from the betrayal from so-called friends - even CSL was shocked and couldn't believe it. Then the dramas and the press statements by this small group to finish him off through outside help as reported - sure money is in the air - no doubt about it. No one can deny it. This is my opinion
ReplyDeleteAs of today we have received information that they have not yet block out hotel rooms for those intending to attend the EGM for various reasons .
a) they are not sure how many delegates are attending and how many rooms to book .
b)they have to pay upfront money for the hotel rooms otherwise the hotels will not accept any booking.
c)There are not many rooms in the city available as its end of the year with many tourist arrivals and all booking have been made months ahead .
d)The $500 I believe is when you register , they will give you the money under lodging , meaning you have to find your own accommodation or hotel rooms .
e)Balance is for makan .
f)however if you are from KL and lives in KL you can pocket the money , that is their intention .
So what I am told is highly possible based on my assumptions above .
Holding and supporting ( Willaim Cheng )an Unconstitutional Assembly is also some form of CORRUPTION as the organisers and its supporters are corrupting the minds of others. If Unconstitutional Assembly not sanctioned by the parent body is allowed to go on and support by seen and unseen hands then GOD save Malaysia.

Nobody has argued that the Requisition is not valid.. They have legally requisitioned for the 2nd EGM. Refer Article 30.2 ( Notwithstanding that the requisitionists have since dwindled to 10. Since their numbers of requisitionists is not 1/3 (as required ), they should have MORALLY called off the 2nd EGM.
2.2. Whether the resolutions proposed for the EGM convened by the representatives of the requisitionists consequent on the Secretary General not convening General Assembly are unconstitutional?
Bearing in mind that the Constitution provides that:-
1) that the ultimate authority is vested in the General Assembly (article 27) and;
2) the power of General Assembly includes all the power of, inter alia, the Central Committee, including and not limited to directing, managing and controlling the affairs of the Party (Article 37); and
3) an express provision that the General Assembly has the power to dismiss any Party Officials (Article 35)
very clearly that the resolutions calling for fresh election are valid and well within the authority of the General assembly.
The views given is not at all convincing and not relevant. They are barking at the wrong trees, be more specific and the jurisdictions should be more substantive. Their arguments have deviated from the real issues and have conveniently left out Article 41 and Article 166.
The 2nd EGM is still conclusively UNCONSTITUTIONAL as it has gone against the spirit of the Party Constitution. Refer to Article 174.
