Ong Tee Keat has only one saving grace...

Well here's one piece of shit coming out from one arsehole so call journalist , sounds like an idiot to me who thinks his coconut shell represents the whole world . Just remember his name Jason Pang Pang . I hope this arsehole from Malaysiakini sees this comment of mine .
Jason Phang Mar 23, 10 7:13pm

I refer to the Malaysiakini report MCA polls - 101 scramble for 31 posts.

It seems that everyone has a bad thing or two to say about everyone else. Every time a plausible candidate arises, the whole gang decides to fling mud in his or her direction. Sure, it's considered fair play to wax lyrical about your opponents' flaws, but isn't there some kind of integrity level that we should be adhering to?

One would think not looking at all the mud-slinging, deed-damning brawl going on in MCA.

Throwing factual brickbats is one thing but slinging fact-less stones is another. The first raises you to great political debate. The latter forces you back to playground tactics.

Best case in point – current leader Ong Tee Keat who has led the party into disarray. He has, along with his deputy, achieved the every wish of every opposition party. For the past six months, Tee Keat has managed to break the party into factions, decimate confidence internally and externally, and run MCA into the ground.

Yet the man obviously has some guts. He has emerged from his sinking ship, head shamelessly held high, standing tall and oblivious to the burning wreck that is the MCA looming up behind him.

The crash has had some effect on his sanity, however. Clearly still in shock and delusional, he is offering himself as a candidate for the presidency. He says that he is the best man to lead the party. But where in the world has he led us thus far? Into the ground? Up the wrong tree? Down the ditch?

Then he says that he is running solo because he is too busy to make alliances. Turn the clock back about six months back and you will remember that it was his wanton addiction to making pacts that sparked off this whole debacle.

No offense Datuk Seri, but you are running alone because no one wants to run with you. You've proven to us that you don't have the stamina to run the length of the race without switching directions, partners, team mates and what-not.

No offence small boy , you need to be shafted up your backside

When all else has failed, Tee Keat is now whining that he inherited a trouble-riddled MCA in the first place – the main problem being that of one philandering member. Yet, was this not the person he supported until very recently?

Oh he didn't , he created it is it ? Bastard ? Why don't you go and get someone to screw your dirty ass ?

He preaches a clean game but his hands are smeared with the sloppy mud balls he is throwing in every direction. He has been using his online cronies to spread baseless stories on the other candidates. Show us proof, Datuk Seri, before you go on and on.

He has really only one saving grace which he pushes into our faces over and over again and that is the Port Klang Free Zone issue. He's made it into a buzz word which he bandies like a cool lightsaber but he's forgotten that while he preaches transparency, he hasn't tabled a budget for the party's headquarters this year.

So where forth is this transparency, Datuk Seri? How much have you spent on the feng shui-enhancing renovations to your office? How much have you spent on employing new personnel? We are not saying that you cannot do this. At a reasonable cost, it is well in your prerogative to do so. But how are we to judge when you do not share with us the numbers? Are you too busy, Datuk Seri, to keep an eye on the accounts?

Have you got other good issues about transparency and serving the rakyat to discuss instead of harping on trivial and ridiculous issues here ?

What the public wants is a good fight. A clean fight. Why bother with the rigmaroles of election if all it brings are more tricks and ploys? So let's heighten the stakes – let's bring some sense of intellectualism into the game. Instead of mudballs, let's sling some real facts and figures.

Sorry for my language ,. but I can't stand some idiot writing as if he has a Phd in politics with special interest in MCA politics when he's talking thru his arsehole !
Journalist as they call themselves are nothing especially when these people have prostituted themselves for monetary benefit churning out nonsense and lies while they think they are god . They have lost their conscience and they ability to think on what is right and what is wrong when they are fetted with bundles of $$$$ .
They have sunk to the lowest ebb and have tarnished their profession . There are many of these prostitutes hanging around the jounalistic profession .

To me they are journalistic whores .

Another peace deal in the making for MCA?

Another piece of crap by M'kini .

There is a possibility that the March 30 ( MKini says March 30 , we all know its 28th don't we ? ) party elections in the embattled MCA may see potential candidates agreeing to a negotiated settlement. Should that be the case, all key posts in the party will be carved out by the squabbling factions without the need for a bitter contest. Prime Minister Najib Razak has hinted about this possibility when he urged MCA to solve its problems as soon as possible today. "I want a solution. It doesn't really matter whether through elections or an understanding as long as the MCA emerges a credible force to represent principally the Chinese community and Malaysians as a whole," was quoted as saying by Bernama. MCA leaders are currently huddled with their supporters to explore their options. With the party split into three or even more factions, no one group can boast majority support among the 2,380 central delegates tasked to select the new leadership. In the next 11 days leading up to nomination day on March 22, the various factional chieftains are holding clandestine meetings to broker a deal that could produce a breakthrough in the leadership impasse which has afflicted the party for two years. NONEAccording to political observers, party president Ong Tee Keat, who has yet to confirm whether he would be re-contesting his post, is likely to join forces with former nemesis, vice-president Liow Tiong Lai. This is ironic as Liow was seen to be in cahoots with deputy president Dr Chua Soi Lek only last week when their two factions collectively quit to force fresh party elections. Fourth faction Adding into the conundrum is a fourth faction - the one led by former secretary-general Ong Ka Chuan and his younger brother, Ong Ka Ting, the former party chief. ong ka ting ka chuan mca brothers 080408The Ong brothers are likely to swing their support behind Tee Keat as they don't see eye-to-eye with Chua. Chua had blamed the duo for engineering his political demise by releasing the sex DVD involving him and a woman at a hotel. Complicating the situation further is Youth chief Wee Ka Siong - considered a Liow loyalist but is increasingly seen with Chua. Wee command sizable support within his Youth wing, which command about one-third of the central delegates.? One third of the CDs ie 800 CDs? what crap is this ? For all I know is that there are only about 300 Youth delegates who are CDs ? Given such a situation, it is not surprising that Najib would prefer a negotiated settlement instead of an all-out election. But then again, MCA's last peace deal between Tee Keat and Chua, forged only a few months ago, now lies in tatters. Best possible solution The best possible solution is for Ong to step down ( to step down ? Your grandfather ask the MCA President to step down ? What cock are you talking MKini ? ) while Chua ( pornstar ) and Liow( Porn movie director ) take the top two posts with Ka Chuan ( the Perak triad chief ) returning as secretary-general in what is dubbed as the 'Chua-Liow-Ong brothers' peace formula. As a carrot for Tee Keat to give way, it is said that Chua and Liow would allow the former party chief to keep his minister's post. It is claimed that the Chua-Liow-Ong brothers combination would control about 75 percent of the central delegates. 75 % wow what a claim , then during 10/10 when all these people wanted to get rid of Ong , they could only muster 49% of the votes ) chua soi lek sex tape scandal 020108 dvdAt the same time, Chua, who is battered by his sex DVD image, is said to have promised Liow that he would forego a cabinet post and focus instead on reuniting the party and lead MCA to regain its former glory at the next general elections. ( To regain its former glory ? what crap is MKini publishing right now ? A pornstar as MCA president and can bring MCA to regain its former glory ? Say are you hiring std 6 kindy students as your journalists ?) Under this deal, Chua will eventually pave way for Liow to take over in the next party polls, expected to be in 2011. ( pave way ? making a pact with the devil will end up getting your backside screwed )So will there be a free-for-all election to end the leadership deadlock in MCA or will there be another peace deal? As they say, anything is possible in politics.

Game over for Liow and gang

Jan 30, 10 11:51am

It appears that hopes for fresh polls in MCA are dashed now that the all-powerful central committee (CC) has decided not to have any.

It's game over for those who had harboured high hopes for this route to be taken to resolve the leadership crisis in the 61-year-old party.

Even though technically fresh polls still can be held if two thirds of the CC were to resign, the sentiment for this has somewhat been lost. It was very simple why the plan stalled: not many CC members were keen to relinquish their lofty positions.

NONESome party insiders held the view that all this while the faction headed by vice-president Liow Tiong Lai (centre in photo) knew that it would not have enough support to push for fresh polls but plodded on merely to give an impression that it had wide grassroots support.

The insiders observed that the first sign that Liow and 12 other CC members did not have the required support was when they decided to turn the MCA extraordinary general meeting (EGM) called by them on Nov 28 last year into a briefing session.

Liow's faction had declared it had more than 1,300 delegates, but a check by the party headquarters showed that only about 600 central delegates attended, very much short of the one-third of the delegates required to pass any resolution at an EGM of the party, the insiders said.

MCA has about 2,400 central delegates and one-third of them would mean about 800 delegates.

NONEThe second sign which showed that the group did not have the required numbers was when it agreed to the formation of the party's re-election committee headed by party deputy president Dr Chua Soi Lek (right) to look at the possibility of having fresh polls.

"By agreeing to that, it means that you are actually showing the card that you don't have the numbers. If you have the numbers, you would not agree to it (the committee) and would just go ahead with the EGM to pave the way for fresh polls with the adoption of the specific resolution," one of them said.

One of the CC members, who declined to be identified, said that during yesterday's CC meeting, Liow kept arguing that the party should fix the date for fresh polls.

But other CC members countered by saying that the party could not fix a date for fresh polls because the proponents for the move did not have the required number of members to do so, he disclosed.

"The truth is that the party re-election committee said there were not enough numbers of CC members agreeing to resign to push for fresh polls," said another CC member.

Direct presidential elections

A third CC member, Eng Hiap Boon, said the push for fresh polls had waned and that Liow's group should accept the re-election committee's findings tabled at yesterday's meeting that there was not enough quorum to call for fresh polls.

"This is numbers game. If you don't have the numbers, you can't have it, that's all."

His view was shared by another CC member, Ti Lian Ker, who said fresh polls were a non-issue from now on because the proponents had not been able to muster enough support.

"The issue is now closed. We can't allow the party to stand still for most of the time for the pre-condition for fresh polls to be fulfilled. The party needs to move on," he said.

Another CC member, Chong Itt Chew, claimed that he noticed that there was also a "split" among the group of the 13 CC members who originally wanted fresh polls as some of them indicated that they wanted to withdraw their undated resignation letters addressed earlier to party secretary-general Wong Foon Meng.

He said that the split surfaced when a call by one of the CC members who had pressed for fresh polls to stage a walk out en masse at yesterday's CC meeting did not receive strong support as only three out of 13 in the faction left the meeting.

Party veteran Yap Pian Hon said he believed that there was a possibility that Liow may eventually come back and support the party's leadership after his failed attempt to push for fresh polls.

"I see how he has joined hands with the president (Ong Tee Keat) when the party held a dialogue with Huazong (Federation of Chinese Associations, Malaysia) yesterday. Both of them shook hands," he said.

Yap said Ong had all this while said that "his door is always open to Liow".

NONEFor most of the party leaders and political analysts, the most significant outcome from the CC meeting was not much about the party's decision not to hold fresh polls but the appointment of new national organising secretary Simon Lim, who is also political secretary to Transport Minister Ong (left), and Tee Siew Keong, Chua's former political secretary as deputy national
organising secretary.

"The message is very clear that Ong wants to push for direct presidential elections and make the neccesary changes to the party constitution. He put the people he trusted most to hold key positions to get this proposal implemented. We can expect that the party election next year is likely to be based on this new system," he said.

I was told that during the lunch break of the CC meeting.

1. Liow Tiong Lai, Wee and their gang sat together at one table. They just ate their lunch quietly with no talking between them.

2. OTK, CSL and the rest of the CC sat at different tables and kept as far away from these people like diseased and plague infected. Seemed there was an empty table between the two groups.

3. Chew Mei Fun ate her fried meehoon alone in the meeting room

j4otk. Can you put some light into these strange behaviors. It looks so funny.

Ok this my observation , before I comment , I hope Liow reads this message . Be a MAN , do not be lead by one stinking woman who keeps on pestering you to leave the CC meeting . You are a Minister and the CC is the highest body for you to discuss MCA matters rather being using the CC meeting to stage awalkout for no obvious reasons spurned on by one idiotic woman who subsequently left and walk out alone to eat her fried meehoon . Two others left the meeting later when the president also left for another function with the Chinese Guilds and Associations .

If you readers want to know the strange behaviours of these people and who is the woman I mentioned , read the high lights in blue and red in the above article . This explains for all the strange behaviours .

Dr M threatens to sue Mkini, Kit Siang, Wain

Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad today said he "reserved the right" to sue author Barry Wain, opposition leader Lim Kit Siang and online news daily Malaysiakini for defamation.

In the latest posting in his Chedet blog, Mahathir said he welcomed the suggestion by Lim who yesterday called for the government to set up a royal commission to probe whether the former strongman had 'burned' RM100 billion on corruption and grandiose projects during his 22-year reign.

"Depending upon the result of the commission, I reserve the right to sue Barry Wain, Lim Kit Siang and Malaysiakini.com for libel for a sum to be disclosed later," he said.

mahathir book event 210308 04However, Mahathir was quick to add that the royal commission should not be confined to his term as premier but also include his successor-turned-nemesis, Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

"It should include how RM270 billion of Petronas money paid during Abdullah's five-year term was spent, what projects were financed by this huge fund and the cost of all these projects," he said.

"It should include how much money was lost due to the cancellation of the crooked bridge (to Singapore) and the Johor Bahru to Padang Besar (double-track) railway."

In addition, he suggested the royal commission include the cost over-run in the construction of the multi-billion-ringgit Bakun hydroelectric dam project and to investigate the procedure how the contract for the second Penang Bridge was given out.

"Such a commission should not be made up of government nominees but should have as members impeccable people including foreigners and members of Transparency International," he said, apparently with his usual dose of sarcasm.

"I will cooperate fully with the commission," vowed Mahathir.

Release all gov't documents

Wain, who is the former managing editor of Asian Wall Street Journal, has estimated in his recently released book 'Malaysian Maverick: Mahathir Mohamad in Turbulent Times' that Mahathir had squandered up to RM100 billion in his years as PM.

NONEIn his blog posting, Mahathir said Wain should provide "documentary proof" for his allegation.

At the same time, he suggested that the government reveal all the relevant documents.

"In order for the inquiry by the commission to be successful, the government must give the undertaking to give full access to the commission to all the documents and accounts of the government over the period 1981-2009," he said.

"There should be no cover-up of any kind."

Mahathir also called for Wain's book, said to be held up in Port Klang by the Customs Department, to be released.

"I am not in need of government protection," he stressed.

Chedet.com has expired

In 'Malaysian Maverick', Wain wrote that most of the scams, which included a government attempt to manipulate the international tin price and gambling by Bank Negara on global currency markets, occurred in the go-go years of the 1980s.

According to him, direct financial losses amounted to about RM50 billion. This doubled once the invisible costs, such as unrecorded write-offs, were taken into account.

However, some analysts have put the figure even higher.

Time
magazine quoted Daniel Lian, a Southeast Asian economist at Morgan Stanley in Singapore, as saying that Malaysia might have lost "as much as US$100 billion" (RM340 billion) during the Mahathir years.

chedet account expired 221209Meanwhile, Mahathir's blog could not be accessed later this afternoon.

Those who visit his blog are brought to a free domain name website CC.CO displaying the message that "www.chedet.co.cc has expired".

Apparently, the registration of the domain name of chedet.co.cc was not renewed since Dec 12.

However, Mahathir can easily renew the domain name of his blog for free by logging into CC.CO and clicking the renew button.

But a check at 10pm showed that Mahathir's blogsite has been restored.

Mahathir wants Wain’s book 2b released forthwith. Who really believe Mahathir? Or is Najib or Hisham culprit blocking “Maverick M”’s release?

Why Mahathir don’t sue me now if I had libelled him calling for RCI into Barry Wain’s RM100 million allegation in his book Maverick M?

Why his suit conditional on outcome of RCI into Barry Wain’s allegation when M will do utmost 2block RCI though claiming support publicly?

Why Mahathir reserved right 2sue me 4stmt calling 4RCI into allegation in “Maverick Mahathir” RM100 mil wasted or burned in 22 yrs PMship?

Malaysia Sinchew has joined the group of spin portals , Malaysian Insider , Malaysiakini and Malaysia Today propagating untruths , lies , slanders for their evil masters .

Joseph Goebbels (above) was Hitler's minister of propaganda. His lies cost the lives of six million Jews, and others, in Germany and Europe. Goebbels lied to the Germans especially, making them believe Jews were sub-human, so when the Nazi exterminated the Jews no one bothered to say it was wrong. The Malaysian Insider, like Malaysia Today and now Malaysiakini, is doing the same thing as what the Nazi propaganda machine did during Second World War, and this must stop at all costs, before "six more millions" will be exterminated!

ROS letter: Only Liow can't understand it

I refer to the Malaysiakini report Latest twist: 'ROS did not confirm Chua as No 2'.

In the above news report, sacked MCA Legal Director, Leong Tang Chong, a senior practicing lawyer, highlighted the issue of the Registrar of Society (ROS) not specifically mentioning that Chua Soi Lek is the deputy president of MCA.

What Leong is trying to do is nothing more than sensationalise an issue legally disposed by MCA central committee on Nov 3. Of late, because of marginalisation of their political influence, Liow Tiong Lai's faction has resorted to sensationalising practically everything to disrupt the 'Great Unity Plan'.

As your readers will possibly recall, on Oct 15 the CC meeting of MCA was very reluctant to fill the party's deputy president post. Members of the CC were not legally certain that there existed a vacancy but Leong proceed with his own interpretation of the party constitution and subsequently bulldozed through the appointment of Leow as deputy. After that motion, the pro-Liow faction proceed to grab power by insisting on the resignation of president Ong Tee Keat.

In order to facilitate the power grab on Oct 15, Leong invoked Article 174 to interpret MCA's party constitution according to his hidden agenda but in reality, the position of deputy president after the Oct 10 EGM was well protected by Article 35.

Article 35 specifically spells out that any motion to remove office-bearers must be supported by at least two-thirds of the delegates present and their voting in the general assembly. As such, there is no need to invoke Article 174. Leong has taken a very absurd view simply to support Liow's faction.

Also in the same meeting, Ong directed an EGM to be called for fresh elections but Liow said it this was against the party's constitution. Three weeks later, when Liow's faction petitioned for fresh elections, he turned around and said it was perfectly in tandem with the constitution.

What sort of professional we are looking at ? This is not professionalism any more, it is purely politics. Leong has helped out Liow thinking that Liow will soon become MCA president and reinstate him as chairperson of The Star newspaper.

However, Liow could not make it and Leong was later removed by Ong Tee Keat on Oct 17 soon after which he become a sore loser. Leong's action is more like a politician than a lawyer even though he claims to be neutral.

There nothing much to argue on the ROS' wording 'that the post of deputy president has never fallen vacant', meaning that the seat still belongs to Chua.

The MCA Disciplinary Board meeting (Aug 4), the presidential council meeting (Aug 26) and the CC meeting (Sept 19) all did not remove Chua. On the contrary, when the first motion was adopted at the Oct 10 EGM, Chua has returned to his full status as a member. Batu Pahat divisional chairman and MCA central delegate as well as deputy president.

The third motion to block his way to return as deputy president failed to do so because Article 35 requires a two-third majority to remove any office-bearer.

It is all that simple but sensing that the central delegates are getting tired and bored, Liow's faction must create some sensational issues to attract attention for the sake of EGM on Nov 28. Everybody, lawyers and non-lawyers alike, can easily understand the wording of the ROS' letter Nov 3.

Only Liow chooses not to understand it. The ROS has written a well-worded and straightforward letter. It is only Leong's wishful thinking that Liow could still make it to the presidency.

Wake up, the people are already fed up with Liow's actions so what has he got to lose if he supports the GUP? Being a minister and vice-president is still not sufficient for him? Only the seat of the presidency can fullfill his ambitions?

What about the 99.9% of party members who do not stand to gain anything from the party? Going by Liow's mode of thinking, they had better quit the party en-bloc.

MCA a 'headless cow under Umno's sarong' screams Malaysiakini HERE

MCA a HEADLESS COW ?? Malaysiakini must be addicted to eating COW DUNG

'It's all about 'what's in it for me?' For goodness sake, try and represent the Chinese community and close the book on the infighting. We're fed-up up to 'here'.'

'Gang of 3' wants fresh CC meeting on peace deal

Ngehco: MCA is now the headless cow that hides under Umno's sarong. Its leaders are a bunch of crooks that cannot be trusted at all.

The president's integrity is at zero and his former deputy Chua Soi Lek can't even be loyal to his wife, so do you expect him to be loyal to the rakyat?

I suggest the MCA close shop as it really Makes Chinese Angry (MCA). Then PR must be hiding under Hadi's or Anwar's sarong as well . Must be the disgraceful Ngeh and Nga of Perak who wrote this shit . They do love to be under Hadi's sarong , got air con and perfumed air inside .

Wilkee: MCA, MCA. MCA, this bunch of half-witted disgraceful leaders fighting for power and stabbing each other in the name of money have no shame.

It's all about 'what's in it for me?' For goodness sake, try and represent the Chinese community and close the book on the infighting. We're fed-up up to 'here'.

Give it a rest and give us a rest too, luv. Rest in Peace . One lot reserved for you , Western Rd cemetry .

Ong: These three were supposed to be on Ong Tee Keat's side but stabbed him in the back at the EGM.

In fact I even believe they actually encouraged Ong to act against Chua Soi Lek by promising and assuring him of their support. If I am Ong, I too will not resign because the MCA's constitution does not require me to resign.

Instead, I will team up with Chua and get rid of these three sand then resume the war with Chua without those vultures hovering nearby.

Wira: Looks like the Three Musketeers were part of the 10 percent 'third force' who got stumped when the two equally strong feuding parties decided to make peace.

Now that they see their positions being threatened (or rather their succession plans lengthened because of the return of the Chua Soi Lek faction) they are determined to see Ong and Chua at each other's throats again.

With friends and 'loyalists' such as these three, who needs enemies?

RR: In light of the skirmished in MCA that are never-ending, it is necessary that an EGM be called to resolve the issue of leadership.

All persons in dispute should test their popularity for leadership in the election at the EGM. That will nail this infighting.

Mutiny On The Bounty

This article below is posted in Malaysiakini , a web portal who will spin any news as long as they get paid for it . I have never subscribe to their web portal , its like paying to read rotten news , just like you go to a posh restaurant , where you pay for all those nice looking dishes displayed on their menu and ended being served some stale mouth vomiting ( not mouth watering ) food .

I had to lift this piece from Ti Lian Ker's blog .

EGM 2: Ong's last gamble ???

Yong Kai Ping & Ng Ling Fong
Oct 19, 09

ANALYSIS Ong Tee Keat looks set to be remembered as the most audacious MCA president to date.

His refusal to throw in the towel after losing the vote of no-confidence at the Oct 10 extraordinary general meeting (EGM) not only defied the mounting pressure for him to quit, but led to mutiny among his supporters.

Many have switched allegiance to acting deputy president Liow Tiong Lai, backing him to take over from Ong while dismissing the call for fresh polls so that they can protect their posts.

See all the bullshitt written by them .. claims to be fighting for transparency , corruption , etc but here they are trying to RUN DOWN Ong who has put his Presidency in the line of firing for exposing the PKFZ issue . See the way they write , " defied mounting pressure for him to quit , led to mutiny , bla..bla..bla

The night before the ill-fated Oct 15 central committee (CC) meeting, more than 20 of its 42 members met at a hotel next to MCA headquarters in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

Their purpose was to sign a letter of no-confidence in Ong's leadership and to urge him to step down. Signatories included Ong's right-hand man and secretary-general Wong Foon Meng and publicity chief Lee Wei Keat.

Malaysiakini learned that one CC member, who refused to sign the document, was confronted by a group of 10. But he insisted that group leader Liow should meet with Ong, and that the ultimatum should not be served.

Rebellion quelled

Ong, who had obviously learned about the mutiny, came prepared to the meeting. He mobilised 500 hardcore supporters who gathered in front of the headquarters as a show of force.

According to sources, as soon as the CC meeting started, Ong declared his intention to call for another EGM on the ground that the outcome of the first was open to interpretation.

He also said that, since all the CC members had endorsed the disciplinary action to suspend Chua's membership, they should also assume responsibility now that Chua's membership has been reinstated.

Before the EGM, Ong had pledged to quit if he was beaten even by a simple majority. His suggestion that CC members should now take collective responsibility by resigning did not go down well, with many claiming that they had been railroaded into sacking Chua.

When the meeting discussed the vote of no-confidence, Ong refused to indicate whether he would quit. Before he could finish speaking, however, Wong Siong Hwee of Kelantan fired the first salvo and pressed for his resignation.

Others expressed support, including veteran Wong Mook Leong who banged the table and told Ong pointedly: "You should give us an answer (as to whether you will resign); you must honour your pledge."

Ong shot back sarcastically: "Although the dead (person) has not being buried, some have already started to stage a coup."

His loyalist Heng Seai Kie, almost in tears, suggested that Ong had only "fallen ill" and that the CC should instead look for a way to cure him.

MCA Wanita chief Chew Mei Fun and party spokesperson Wong Nai Chee then stood up to demand Ong's resignation.

Under pressure, Ong suddenly issued a threat: "Stop pressuring me, don't force me to reveal the truth!"

His words send chills down the spines of members, who fell silent.

IO million spins .

Dear Delegates

Of Late the CSL camp has been sending out pamphlets on the " Leaked documents " details RM10 mil transfer , downloaded from Malaysiakini which I just received today . Watch out for more dirty ricks which I shall post as updates .

I am surprised that they have used articles from Malaysiakini which is usually an MCA bashing portal spinning lies , half truths and untruths . So in other words , MCA members have used articles written by Malaysiakini to bash and spin untruths to MCA delegates . As it is the 10 million have not been proven to have been given to Ong Tee Keat , hence the 500 million suit against Tiong .

I shall now reproduce what I wrote sometime back in response to these lies and spins .

'Leaked documents' details RM10 mil transfer

A document has surfaced on the Internet with detailed descriptions of how Bintulu MP Tiong King Sing allegedly transferred RM10 million to MCA president Ong Tee Keat.

Contacted today, Tiong (right) confirmed the veracity of the document, describing it as a witness statement from one of his political aides.

However, he vehemently denied that he leaked the document, adding that he was surprised by how the document was "leaked".

"I didn't leak it. I have no idea where it came from. He (the witness) said he did not leak it," said Tiong, who is currently in China on business.

He said that other than his lawyers, only certain government agencies have the same document.

To me this is a FAKE Document, lets see what others comment on this issue .

A desperado wanting to escape from the Scandal of the Billions (meaning lifetime imprisonment) would resort to any shameless act, including getting his assistant to put his dobbymark (for $) on prepared letter, witnessed by a lawyer.
Which assistant of corrupted politician-businessman has not tasted money and money's worth? He would even sign a Statutory Declaration and have it attested.
Money speaks aloud. And for some, Money is the greater god!

Not really credible in view that the shit had already hit the ceiling fan!! Moreover the date of the report is not convincing enough. If I were to rip off that kind of money from PKFZ, I could easily produce 50 copies of such reports.

i think this Azman fella is lying, he mentioned the counting too many times, why? unless he wanted to make sure the figures add up to the exact amount to make up the story, if this is acceptable they might as well ask Tiong to make one himself.
"I swear I give him the money"

written by Rigi9, September 09, 2009 03:24:34
very funny - the guy Azman remembers everything in the 1st incident but not the car type or the number plate of the car where he unloaded 5 million ringgit.....strange, he seems to give every other account in detail except that. I think it's a fix by Tiong...the culprit is Tiong not Ong

Was the money meant to buy silence on PKFZ? If that is so, would one want to lose the opportunity to make sure that the other party does not raise his guard? The question that should be asked is why money was transferred willingly without condition as it would appear? Was it not the intention to stop further investigation by claiming that money have been transferred? If it was a donation to a political party, was that meant to make the party obliged not to pursue PKFZ. If the gift was to the Minister was it meant to make him obliged not to pursue the matter. In life, one cannot demand other not to try to influence one's actions. When one is in public office, not taking a ride offered could constitute an offence, especially one has been around in the same social circle.

It was said that money were laid in boxes, and boxes transferred. Are they the same boxes, and even if it is do we know that the content remains the same?
When the persons take million as pettey cash, made possible by getting people to sign payment in billions as if a donation by the government, it is not difficult to create doubts, especially at the time when hot battle is being pursued.

If I were asked to receive the money, I would. And I would even deposit them in bank. But if what are actually received are fruits said to be from Sarawak, fruits certainly cannot be deposited at the bank.

This fella works for a filthy rich money sucker. So how much is this self declaration worth??? For anyone now to jump to the conclusion to judge OTK, don't we need a more independant evidence and witness that this so called self declaration before we come to a conclusion?? If OTK also makes a self declaration that there is no truth in this fella's declaration, will we accept his counter declaration to nullify this fella??? If we don't then are we not being prejudice towards OTK????

My Opinion :
This purported leak document ( not a SD ) is a Fake . Many questions unanswered .

For a political aide to the Chairman of the BBC to not being able to tell the difference between the car bonnet and the boot . Kept saying he put the money in the bonnet .
In para 6 and in para 13 there's always the statement that states Datuk Seri ( TKS ) walking out with Ong Tee Keat . If there's an illegal transfer of money , don't you think you should not want to be seen and photograph ? Any meeting could have been arranged to meet with OTK to discuss about other matters while not necessary for money transfer .
Any money transfers would not have been made so open and in fruit boxes ? or A4 size boxes ? why not just give a cheque since its a donation ? Why the need to keep emphasise he walked out with Ong Tee Keat ? Is it that Ong might not know anything at all about the transfer of money ? Why keep on mentioning Datuk Seri keluar bersama Ong ? trying to imply that the money was given to Ong ? Does it makes sense ? Its a load of RUBBISH !

In para 7 , this joker Azman ( the two of them having same name ? what a coincidence?) transferring 2.5 m into a car and does not know the number plate and make of the car ? Could the car actually belong to another employee of Tiong ? or to someone else ? Want to bullshitt , please make your story more believable lah !!

In para 9 you sampai office , ask Winnie the secretary buka office , ambil wang dan mengira wang jumlah 1 juta , adalah Winnie di tepi you bila you mengira wang ?? Wah you so kuat , boleh mengambil wang dari boss office anytime , money not in safe deposit box ? you have the combination number to open and take money ? So much money in the office ? How long you take to count the money ? In $50 or $100 bills ?, secretary also not with you overseeing you ada ambil lebih atau tidak ? wah itu duit macam toilet paper atau hell bank notes !!!

In para 10 , so simple , your boss give you number hand phone Ong , ask you to call Ong , why not when you reach the place , call your boss Tiong and say , boss I sudah sampai , you panggil Ong ?
Lagi Ong doesn't know you , you ingat dia mau jawab your call ? it could be an MACC officer calling , out to trap ? Hello your bullshit , easy to detect , pembohong besar macam boss kau !!!

In para 11 , again money delivered to a person driving a Hyundai Sonata but no car registration number ??? give money but no car number ?? must be Kereta Hantu !!! Bodoh betul !

In para 13 , wah sekarang banyak pandai you can tell the Kia milik Ong Tee Keat ? tapi bodoh sangat , lagi tiada nombor kereta ?

Summary

Two times mentioned Korean cars , not other makes , Malaysia got only Korean cars , three times not able to give the car registration , three times mentioned bonnet instead of boot, you don't keep money in the engine compartment . Siapa boleh percaya ? Who can believe this crap story ? Hantu tipu sahaja boleh percaya cerita kau !! Only the cheats , liars , swindlers can believe this crap story !!
All the three transfers have no date mentioned , don't you think it's strange when you write a statement or SD you would say On this date at this time , I was asked to deliver two boxes of fruits , Sarawakian apples to so and so in this place ...I was asked to deliver to anyone who drives a Korean car and who stops near my car ...The car number is HSBC 799 ...blah...blah ..blah.( hsbc is how seow bo choon ) and the 799 stands for chit (7 )se lang 99 chan .
All three transfers were to people unknown , big money given to who ? Maybe the money given to another person to be deposited into another account of the same person ! Money from left pocket enters the right pocket ! Money is from personal account or from company account ? Could it be from company account and goes into the person's unidentified personal account ? How come they can believe the person and simply give the money ? They should have known the car number , they would have been informed that you pass the money to a car having this number whose driver looks like ...Tio...chubby looking , wearing glasses ..wearing a certain checked color shirt .....

Tak paya leak ..report polis sahaja , lebih senang ! kau takut make false polis report ???

DO NOT BE CONNED BY THESE CLOWNS AND DESPERADOES
