Chua: I’m the one in sex video

Health Minister of Malaysia Dr Chua Soi Lek had openly admitted on the firdst day of 2008 that he was the person featured in a video showing a man having sex with a woman purportedly in a hotel room.

“I am the man in the tape. The girl is a personal friend,” Chua told a press conference at the Labis MCA headquarters at 4pm. He was accompanied by a group of 50 party supporters and local leaders.




According to Dr Chua, the video was recorded two years ago.

The video, which comes in two DVDs, were first distributed free in Muar and eventually in Batu Pahat and Seremban.

The first DVD lasting 56 minutes has footages from four different camera angles of the hotel suite, while the second DVD lasting 44 minutes is said to show the couple engaged in sex acts on the bed.

Chua hopes EGM will settle internal conflict

KUALA LUMPUR: Sacked MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek is confident of garnering the support of delegates at the party’s upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM) where he hopes to be reinstated.

“We hope the EGM will settle the internal conflict so that we can move on to strengthen the party,” Dr Chua said in a live forum with the public by a local daily yesterday.

Dr Chua said party leaders must abide by the delegates’ decision as the agenda for the EGM has been reached.

One EGM, five motions

The proposed resolutions submitted by Dr Chua’s supporters are:

• That the members of the general assembly have no confidence in the leadership of president Ong; Straight forward , either agree or not agree , vote not agree to the motion
  

• That the presidential council’s decision on Aug 26 in accepting the recommendation of the disciplinary board and the subsequent decision of the central committee (if any) to expel or suspend Dr Chua is annulled; If this motion is not carried ie not annulled , and the presidential council's decision is upheld ( not agree to the motion ) then effectively he CSL is still not an MCA member by virtue of being sacked from MCA , so motion 3 below is void since you cannot restore a non MCA member as the deputy president of MCA .
  

• Dr Chua be rightfully restored as deputy president of MCA; This motion is void if motion 2 not carried ( however vote not agree to the motion ) to be on the safe side .
  

• The appointment made by the central committee, including that of the deputy president of MCA, be revoked; and ( not important , you can vote as you please )
  

• There shall be no disciplinary action taken against any or all of the requisitionists by the disciplinary board, the central committee or the presidential council. ( not important , you can vote as you please )
  

Central delegates would vote on each of the proposed resolutions during the EGM, which Dr Chua would not be allowed to attend, Wong said.

MCA Central Committee suspends Dr Chua for 4 years , Latest News

The MCA Central Committee (CC) suspended Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek for 4 yrs, with immediate effect, revising the Presidential Council’s decision on Aug 26 to sack him.

As I explained earlier this motion 2 is very tricky , meaning that if it this motion is not carried not agree to the motion, it means CSL is effectively a non MCA member and NOW a suspended member since it has just been revoked . If it is carried , it could also mean the delegates do not approve of the presidential and central committee's decision which means the whole lot of them have to resign leaving no one in charge of MCA . That's my interpretation , and I hope the delegates should not allow this to happen by voting to not to agree to the motion .

KUALA LUMPUR – It is not suitable for a person with a “tainted” image to lead the MCA, Social Care Foundation chairman Robert Phang told Sin Chew Daily in an interview.

He said no Chinese would ever want to see a “blemished” person helming a political party which represents about five million Chinese in the country.

“This will result in the party being looked down upon, bullied or tied up in its administration,” he said.

Phang (left) believed the majority among the Chinese community shared his views.

In the same interview, he commended sacked MCA deputy president Dr Chua Soi Lek for admitting his mistake following the sex-video scandal.

He, however, said the cruel fact was that the scandal had “left a stain which could never be cleansed.”

Phang said Chua would make a huge contribution in salvaging the MCA if he was willing to “sacrifice” himself.

Undeniably, requests for reruns on the youtube for that movie featuring the unknowing star Mr Chua Soi Lek and Miss X actress have risen since Chua himself has been sacked from the venerable stable of famed movie house MCA.

The current reruns caused much a dejavu moment for the legions of voyeurists who have already seen the show many a times in 2008.
So enamoured were the many fans with the actor of the famed voyeurist show, that they are now attempting to re-live their connextion in real life with the star, the man.

The many devoted fans are now coming out of the closet, to re-align with the star in attempt to reinstate his stalled career.
The CSL fan club headed by the enthusiastic Tan Chai Ho and Loh Seng Kok as campaign coordinators are untiredly going around town to boost support for Mr Chua’s retention.

The latest we heard from the CSL campaign team was that 921 fans will be jumping up high in the air to show their devotion to CSL.
Hopefully, this will melt the MCA’s board of directors’ hearts and bend their minds to sign back CSL in time to star in the next movie blockbuster “General Election the 13th : Rise of MCA“

P/S: I think I am in depression… must be suffering from serious withdrawal due to lousy films offerings in cinema circuit. Why can’t we have many movies like District 9? I crave for movies like District 9 – good for the brain and humanity. Love the Christopher Johnson character, what a real hero. I’ve watch it twice already in the cineplex, man.

But somehow looking at the three jokers who are die hard supporters of the self proclaim pornstar trying to revive their dying fortunes , it srikes me as they are indeed jokers . These three are in for their selfish interests , just like the Theng Bok fella mentioned earlier in his Save the MCA campaign , trying to bring down the President .To them their rice bowl superseeds everything else including their principles , the party , their beliefs , their morality to openly support a rejected by the Chinese Community , tainted leader . One president to be left standing in MCA

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 15, 2009) : Now that the rival MCA camps have agreed to an agenda for a single extraordinary general meeting (EGM) before the end of the month, the 2,402 central delegates have much soul searching to do.

They will have to use their maturity and wisdom to decide their own and the party's political future.

What shocked many MCA leaders and party grassroots was president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat's swift decision to adopt all his rival's resolutions, thus subjecting him to the mercy of the delegates. Which MCA president has done this voluntarily?
No matter how one spins this, Ong clearly wants to see an end to the turmoil created and fanned by a faction fighting for the political survival of a sex-video-tainted politician – sacked MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek.

It is unbelieveable that Ong, who was elected MCA president only last October, would put himself in a risky position to face the delegates for an endorsement of his leadership. And to take responsibility for the collective decision of a 20-member presidential council that endorsed the party disciplinary board (DB)'s recommendation to expel Chua.

The board found Chua guilty of tarnishing MCA's image by committing adultery and engaging in oral sex, a criminal offence, while holding the office of vice-president in January last year. His tryst with his lover in a hotel room was captured by spy camera.

A desperate Chua has in the past week resorted to name calling, labelling Ong as "grandfather of all nonsense", and describing Ong's aides and supporters as "mother of blind followers", among others.

Why Chua chose to insult grandfathers and mothers, only he can answer. Ong, on the other hand, has thus far refused to wash dirty linen in the public, maintaining his dignity as a leader.

Do you want this this type of tainted leader insulting our grandfathers and mothers as your MCA President ? Does he have the right to call us such names when my grandfather and mother has not insulted him ? This fcuking dirty old man has no dignity at all to be a leader , having to stoop so low and having to resort to such unforgivable name calling . I demand you apologise to all the MCA delegates . Ong TK has never refer or call Chua's supporters such names as "mother of blind followers" . Buddhists will never call others such names , wonder why would Tan Chai Hoe support such despicable leader unless he is of the same flock or mould . Boey tahan !!

Instead, Ong went on a nationwide tour to brief MCA leaders behind closed-doors on the various issues, specifically why Chua had to be sacked and the multi-billion ringgit Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) fiasco.
Since his expulsion as a MCA member on Aug 26, Chua has hurled all kinds of accusations, questioning Ong's leadership. What an ars*hole leader , speaks volume of his character !

Chua even accused Ong of using the PKFZ fiasco to project himself as a hero so as to hide his incompetency as president. Look at yourself in the mirror first Mr Pornstar ! Please have a bed in the President's office if you become the president ! Hero or not , is not for you to judge , every Malaysian has seen your most private part and even describe its length ! You thick skinned hippo !
But what's the hurry to judge Ong's leadership, which is not even a year old?
Moreover, it doesn't make sense for Ong to use the PKFZ fiasco to justify his leadership under the relentless attack of his deputy and his cronies almost immediately after the party elections.

Ong, as Transport Minister, had no choice but to go all out to try and stop PKFZ’s ballooning costs. If not, he might as well call it quits as the taxpayers, who are also the voters, will give him and MCA the boot in the next general election which is due in 2013.


Ong could have emulated his predecessors by ignoring PKFZ's mounting problems, sit pretty and enjoy his perks as minister, but he chose to tackle the issue, and in so doing, ruffled the feathers of businessmen and politicians who walk the corridors of power.

Ong's actions thus far are inconsistent with that of a politician who fears the repercussions of his masters. Can a tainted-leader behave the same way?
No way , his balls already inside the palm of his masters waiting to be squeeze unless he's got no balls for them to squeeze . This super slave running dog will always be a ' yes man ' to his master .

Ong's circle of friends have also expressed concern that the president may have made one too many enemies from two other isssues; his exposure of corrupt practices involving Chinese school renovations and allocation of development funds, and his objection to the acquisition and subsequent sale of Nanyang's publications to a "monopoly" which sparked the protracted Team A-Team B MCA leadership feud.
"These enemies, from within and outside, now want to see Ong toppled by Chua," disclosed the president's insider. Who else except the guy who took us for a Long Long Sik or Ling Liong Sik ( hokkien translation , took us everwhere but nowhere )

Ong's proposed resolution for the EGM was a vote of confidence on the president's leadership and to endorse the MCA presidential council's decision on the disciplinary action against Chua which was made in accordance with the party constitution.

The Chua faction's wordy and legal-looking five-point resolution format was clearly about toppling Ong and indirectly installing Chua as president. It is akin to what equity market investors call a "backdoor listing", as provided for by the party constitution.

Whether the resolutions are Chua's or Ong's, the effect on the two leaders is the same when a decision is made by the delegates.
Only one man will be left standing as MCA president.

Wondering what the hell is MCA going through now? Lost in unfamiliar names? Can't make sense of the "I say this, you say that?". Here's a simple guide to help you stay on top of the MCA Mess.

THE WHAT
The whole battle revolves around one man - Chua Soi Lek - who was caught having sex with a woman who's not his wife, on video. MCA sacked him for that, just as any worker would have been sacked if they were caught with their pants down and it is beamed worldwide, worse still if it is one of the top Internet searches on porn sites. The whole MCA mess revolves around him trying to hang on to power. Can you imagine a crook trying to become the PM?

THE WHO
Let's put this one in simple terms for this one: It's a battle between the New MCA and the has-beens. On one side of the ring is the president Ong Tee Kiat, who's solidly backed by his three other Cabinet ministers and eight deputy ministers and more than two-third of his central committee. On the other side, is a bunch of has-beens. In random order of uselessness:
1) Tan Chai Ho - former deputy Home Minister whose atrocious English and Malay would have made him MCA President for Eternity if they could be translated into votes. He was also linked to the triads, and several years ago, he officiated an office lot of his "friend" in his then constituency, Bandar Tun Razak. Later, his "friend" was found dead after a police shootout near Seremban, and was later identified as head of the brutal M16 Gang.

2) Loh Seng Kok - In MCA's 60-year history, he is the only MP who served only one term (in Kelana Jaya) and was not fielded again. Poor performance would have been an understatement. The voters in Kelana Jaya got so mad at his poor record, they voted for videoman Loh Gwo Burne instead in 2008.

3) Chong Itt Chew - Another has-been whose power base is in Kedah, where he used to be an exco. Now, itching for a comeback. Just ask any housing developers in Kedah. They would tell you that even if all the houses in Kedah were to turn into closets, it still cannot store the skeletons he has. But possibly there may be just enough room to keep his ill-gotten gains.

In simple terms, it's a bunch of losers sleeping on the same bed sharing different dreams, and led by a porn star. Ohhhh.... they're soooo screwed.

THE WHY
One man wants to become the MCA president and Health Minister. The rest just wanna tag along. Not convinced? Look at his EGM resolutions. They include two seemingly disconnected but related points: The first is to get rid of OTK through a motion of no confidence. The second is to reinstate CSL as deputy president. When No 1 is gone, No 2 takes over. Sweet and simple. The rest of the gang just want to hitch a ride on the laughing stock of the international community.

Ok, point taken about the MCA presidency, but why Health Minister? Why not Transport, Tourism, or even Womens' Affair (hey, at least it's still a Cabinet post)? Someone's got unfinished business there after collecting the loot and making sky-high promises. The triads are angry, they have not received their dues. At least three Ministry of Health-licensed drugs-labelling firms and one hologram manufacturer (for medicine) have effectively signed blank cheques and gotten nothing in return. At that time, no one thought he was going to call it a day so soon. And Maha Global Sdn Bhd, which made some RM19 million clean profit from the land scam (http://mohlandscam.blogspot.com/) has all but run out of cash after bribing delegates to sign the EGM requisition and the Malaysian Insider (the PR firm, which tries to pass off as a news portal) to spin lies.

THE WHEN
If CSL had his way, he would have wanted to become the MCA president when he was in his mother's womb. He started the EGM signature campaign DAYS after winning the 18 October 2008 MCA elections (it's like working towards a divorce days after getting married). Let's put it in perspective: if the Ah Longs are coming after you and splashing your house with red paint every other day, would you have killed for that winning lottery ticket your friend now has? Would you have killed your own parents just so you can inherit their wealth earlier?

The MCA EGM has been called. One can almost see CSL lining up at the Wisma MCA in Jalan Ampang now, eager to cast his ballot and trying to imagine the massage rooms and saunas he can build in the presidential office once he takes over and the hot chicks he can hire as secretaries.


THE HOW
If CSL's campaign had a theme song, it would go like this (sang to the tune of "Old Macdonald): "Bribe, bribe, bribe, bribe, let's give bribe. And they'll support me." CSL calls OTK "grandfather of nonsense", but he himself is the "Grand Old Man of Money Politics" in MCA. He gives money like it's a cure for A(H1N1). During the last lap, the going rate for an EGM requisition signature was up to RM35,000, because he just wanted to meet 921 signatories. "921" refers to the triad "21" - and this was confirmed by his hardcore supporter, Kapar MCA division chief Dato Song Kee Chai (http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/articles/04ems/Article/index_html) . Le'ts leave out the triads link for now, as they are massively pissed with CSL.

Next, CSL runs to Bintulu MP Tiong King Sing, who's agreed to bankroll CSL with only one condition: sweep PKFZ under the carpet once he takes over. The deal is sealed faster than CSL gets it up with the blue pill. Then, CSL runs up to PM Najib, who at first bought into all the weeping and whining, but later PM saw through the man, whose screen experience is of pornographic proportions.


"We do not want to be associated with any gangs which might disturb and try to control the party."

He said all the delegates wanted was an EGM to solve party matters.

The MCA presidential council had on Friday decided that there would only be one EGM.

Earlier, there was talk about having two EGMs, one called by president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat to resolve the party crisis and the other initiated by Dr Chua's camp.

Dr Chua's resolution included a vote of no-confidence against Ong and reinstating himself.

He was expelled last month for tarnishing the party's image.

Allegations of triad links and dubious signatures

KUALA LUMPUR: MCA's continuing saga took a new twist yesterday amid allegations of dubious signatures, triad links and about-turns.

These claims come barely 24 hours after sacked deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek's supporters submitted 921 signed requisition forms to call for an extraordinary general meeting.

It is understood that party workers spent more than four hours at the MCA headquarters in Jalan Ampang here yesterday cross-checking and verifying the signatures against the party's database. At least 100 of the 921 signatures were believed to be dubious, a source said.


Dr Chua needs about 800 or one-third of the central delegates' signatures to call for an EGM. There are 2,377 central delegates.

"Some of the signatures don't match. Some membership numbers in the requisition forms are different from the ones in the database," the source told the New Sunday Times.

The validity of Dr Chua's EGM is also being questioned, with allegations about resolutions being swapped after the central delegates had signed the requisition forms.

"Delegates are only required to sign the requisition forms, which are on a different page from the resolutions," the source said.

"In some cases, there were multiple staple marks on the documents. Legal experts say this isn't legal."

The party was also abuzz with several of Dr Chua's supporters pulling out because of rumours of coercion and links to Chinese gangs.

It was confirmed that three delegates from the Subang division recanted yesterday. Many more are expected to follow suit with 10 delegates from Penang to withdraw today.

"Once the fence-sitters see how Dr Chua is losing momentum, they will support the president," the source said.

The source said it was "almost always the case that the incumbent in any political party had the upper hand".


"The president has the say in the nominations and appointments of party posts. Naturally, the support would lean towards him.

"They took months to collect signatures and all they could come up with is a half-baked list with many dubious signatories.

"Now many want to withdraw. Some also claimed they had signed because of monetary offers."

Several pro-Dr Chua delegates are also said to be thinking about withdrawing because they were not happy with the number of signatures collected.

The number 921 is deemed unlucky for the party as the number 21 is said to have links with the triads.

Kapar division leader Datuk Song Kee Chai said: "We want to know. The number 21 is very bad for the party as it symbolises certain gangs.

Theng Bok, are you campaigning for Chua Soi Lek or for money?

According to Malaysiakini, Theng Bok who heads the Save MCA campaign is a maverick.
On checking my little kamus of Oxford dictionary, ‘maverick’ also means an undisciplined person.

Maybe Malaysiakini knows something about Theng Bok that the public do not?
Anyways, I was surprised at a Merdeka minum-minum session yesterday when a friend who happened to be an MCA Central Delegate (CD), asked me if I heard of rumours that Theng Bok is using the Save MCA campaign as a front.

“Huh? What front? Isn’t it to save Chua Soi Lek?” I asked.
“You, ah. So straight. Never question, one. Always take at face value what newspapers analysts write. When are you going to learn to read between the lines, friend? Aiyoooooo,” said CD while shaking his head disapprovingly.

Eager to shift his disapproval elsewhere, I soothed him. “Why do you think he has an ulterior motive?” I asked.

“You think Theng Bok is so selfless, meh? Think! The last time he ‘saved MCA‘, Ong Ka Ting got booted out. Why?”

“Think! Why is he saving MCA again and calling for EGM? Why?” CD is really getting excited now.
“Please tell? I’m really lost now.” said I, defeated.
CD rolled his eyes towards heavens and got himself together. “Benefits, my friend.”
“Huh?“

“Aiyooooo. Got people do something for nothing, meh?” “Theng Bok is a lawyer, right?”
“Yes?“

“Theng Bok is having lots of construction developer friends wanting clearance for this and that from ministries. The minister don’t give, he’s in shit la, deal cannot get done, no approval, no money in, understand?”

“Last time minister no give, this time also no give, he’s more in shit, business more worse, developer friends no more confidence in him, his cable tak boleh pakai, lor,” CD made a thumbs down sign.

“But Theng Bok said its for MCA he is saving.”
“Ceh! Where got people do something for nothing?” CD exclaimed.

“Got people sponsor a campaign for him to get famous and can somemore help get back his developer friends confidence, like luck falling from the sky, lar.”
Hmmmmmm…..

P/S: I think Theng Bok should quickly make an SD (Statutory Declaration) to save himself. Cannot do like Andy Lau hiding under those umbrellas. And its very ungentleman to take advantage of Chua Soi Lek’s predicament.

theng book did a brokering deal to bring in taiwanese technology...to raise funds he intend to use this technology to get the land...a story line...with the previous menteri besar...he intend to use the land as collateral ..ask around in perak..dato shamsuddin the sedc chief? there u can get info?
on yr justice for ong tee kiat..i met him 2001 over a dinner am impressed by his principles ,,,there are ways around these so called saved m c a...! they are working along for bloc votes..power brokers division chief are "cornered" with appointment of local councillor position ,jkkk and others?
