What is with these Chinamen who convert to Islam in Malaysia?!

One of the most well-known Muslim missionaries (pendakwah) is Ann Wan Seng, who’s a prolific speaker in Malay — like you-know-who.

Above is a screenshot of the Perkim website organization chart. The Perkim chairman is Mahathir, by the way.

But watch the video! (Below):

At 3:00, Ann says:

Bukan sekadar orang Cina menyembah agama Buddha. Mereka juga sembah berbagai dewa dan juga dewi. Mereka sembah Tua Pek Kong, mereka sembah Pau Kong, mereka sembah Datuk Kong dan barangkali mereka juga sembah King Kong (audience snickers).

Maka jadilah agama dia agama Kong Kali Kong.

Ann is wrong to conflate Buddhist teachings with the worship of Taoist deities. Even I know this. It just goes to show how shallow the knowledge of these Muslim preachers are. Spreading such ignorance and denigrating other religions is just as bad as BTN propaganda.

The YouTube video is three years old but it has only came to light and to the attention of the wider audience after the brouhaha created by blogger Mahaguru58. The president of the Muslim bloggers network Zainol Abideen made his police report against a Christian preacher whom he accused of insulting Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. six years ago.

In a tit-for-tat, the other side of blogosphere similarly highlighted this video to show that it is both sides doing the insulting.

However, only one side is making the police reports and the death threats.

The authorities are also one-sided in their warnings against perpetrators. Take for example the NFA against the two school principals who not only made racial taunts but were also religiously motivated in their actions.

And Malaysia wants to lecture the rest of the world on religious tolerance? Bah, humbug.

When it was reported that a Malay Muslim convert to Christianity blasphemed against Prophet Muhammad PBUH, Muslims including leaders from the ruling BN/Umno regime screamed for his blood. Now lets see if these 'Holier Than Thou' Muslims especially those from Umno who are bedfellows with 'Kafir' (infidel) MCA, Gerakan, LDP, SUPP are going to go after Ann Wan Seng with equal fervor. Hello Chua Soi Lek! What ya gonna do?

Singaporean Pastor Blasphemies Buddhism

Here are the Videos

Of all people Singaporeans ? Ignorant Fools ! Making fun of Buddhism !

Singapore’s internal security department calls up pastor

Didn't I mentioned this before ? That they have always been blaspheming other people's beliefs and faiths !

SINGAPORE, Feb 9 — The founder and senior pastor of a Christian church here publicly apologised last night for being “offensive” and “insensitive” after three video clips of him questioning Buddhist and Taoist beliefs sparked outrage among many Singaporeans.

Pastor Rony Tan from Lighthouse Evangelism church posted his apology on the church’s website after being called up by the Internal Security Department (ISD).

The videos showed the pastor addressing two church followers — a former monk and a former nun — in front of his congregation. In the clips, which lasted more than 25 minutes, Tan, who is in his 60s, questioned Buddhist and Taoist beliefs, touching on topics such as Nirvana, reincarnation and Karma. The congregation was heard laughing and clapping at several points. The videos were uploaded on the church’s website.

Last Thursday, the videos were posted on several social media platforms, such as Facebook and YouTube. They subsequently made their rounds on numerous online forums.

It is understood complaints were made to the Police, ministers and the Presidential Council of Religious Harmony.

In response to queries, a Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) spokesman confirmed that the ISD had called up Tan “in connection with his comments and insinuations about Buddhism and Taoism”. The ministry noted that the pastor’s comments had been “video-recorded and made available on Lighthouse Evangelism’s website” and video-clips “subsequently became available on YouTube and other websites”.

“Pastor Tan’s comments were highly inappropriate and unacceptable as they trivialised and insulted the beliefs of Buddhists and Taoists. They can also give rise to tension and conflict between the Buddhist/Taoist and Christian communities,” said the ministry.

“ISD told Tan that in preaching or proselytising his faith, he must not run down other religions, and must be mindful of the sensitivities of other religions.

“Pastor Tan has expressed his deepest apologies and remorse. He deeply regrets that he has been insensitive and offensive towards the Buddhist and Taoist faiths, and that his comments have saddened and hurt their followers.

“He has promised that it will never happen again and has also affirmed that he will tell his members to respect other beliefs and build a harmonious Singapore.”

In an “urgent message” posted on the church’s website last night, Tan said: “I realised that my presentation and comments were wrong and offensive. So I sincerely apologise for my insensitivity towards the Buddhists and Taoists, and solemnly promise that it will never happen again. When we received those emails, we immediately removed the video clips from our website. I urge those who have posted those clips on YouTube to remove them as well.” Tan could not be contacted.

This is not the first time a video by Tan has attracted attention. Two years ago, he posted a five-minute music video, The Singapore Song, which sparked a debate in cyberspace on the role of the Government. — Today

Blasphemy is the word

I am indeed pissed off by these people who organised the function at the MCA headquarters on Sunday . While I am made to understand that Datuk Ti and Gan Ping Sieu were just helping out in the organising of the function , they were in no way connected to the arrangement of speakers . I believe the speakers were arranged by a woman CC member who happens to be a Christian . I was not there , otherwise I would have shouted at them !!

I believe what was posted below is true as I happen to know Christians very well and they are fond and brain washed into saying such things .

A typical Christian from the First Assembly of God or the Born Again Christians are known to be very fanatics , same like the Talibans to Islam .

They have preached that those who do not accept Christ as their savior will all go to hell . Then 99.99 percent of the world population will all go to hell since it does not apply to the Jews , the Protestants , the Methodists , the Catholics and other Christians schools of thoughts .

They also preached that all idol worshipers are Devil worshipers . Then again 99.99 percent of the whole world population will all go to hell as they are all worshiping the Devil . Those who worship Christ with his effigy on a cross or those Catholics worshiping the Virgin Mary will also fall into this category , so will all those other religions.

That their faith has only a heaven and a hell , its either you are up there or you are down there and there is no such thing as reincarnation when the dead sea scrolls and the old testament mentions of reborn or reincarnation .

And one more , that is all animals have no souls .... that I leave it to them . To me this equates to the preaching of false religions , false faith and falsehood .

False Religion
. Meddles in War and Politics
. Spreads False Doctrine
. Tolerates Immoral Sex and Same Sex Marriage

These people are spreading false doctrine and condemns and blasphemy other religions .

Yes , these people has committed blasphemy to all MCA Buddhists members and we demand an apology if it is true they have said those words .

totally agreed with mca member.. i attended and feel humilated by the statement saying buddha was a womaniser and only christian can go to heaven!! So what the others mca leaders got to say about these??? Get the organising chairman to answer these and i assume many buddhist mca member was upset about these too.. OTK,CSL and others leaders WAKE UP!! OTK arent u a buddhist???? how can u let all this moron misuse the facilities of mca for their personal interest.. all mca facilities should be utilise for unity n harmony of the member and public.. NOT for these moron to seek cheap publicity or discriminate others beliefs...
Get Ti Lian Ker and Gan Ping Sieu to answer these to all non christian mca members..

mca member also..

I hope those Christian MCA members who are responsible be considerate enough to know the sensitivities of the other non Christian MCA members . This is totally irresponsible by that person concerned who has tarnished MCA at the Christmas and New Year celebrations when even non Christian members joined in to celebrate together .

Kalama Sutta

Buddha went on to instruct that it is wise to make a proper examination before committing. He said this was to be applied to his own teachings as well. The benefit is: not being too bound by unverifiable propositions, hopefully.

In Pali, Buddha's reply is recorded thus:

Ma anussavena.
Do not believe something just because it has been passed along and retold for many generations. [Simpler: Do not simply believe by what you are told.]

Ma paramparaya.
Do not believe something merely because it has become a traditional practice. [Do not follow tradition blindly merely just because it has been handed down from past generations.]

Ma itikiraya.
Do not believe something simply because it is well-known everywhere. [Do not be quick to listen to rumours blindly or common opinion .]

Ma Pitakasampadanena.
Do not believe something just because it is cited in a text. [Do not be led by what the scriptures say]

Ma takkahetu.
Do not believe something solely on the grounds of logical reasoning. [Do not foolishly make assumptions or be led by mere logic.]

Ma nayahetu.
Do not believe something merely because it accords with your philosophy. [Do not abruptly draw conclusions by what you see and hear .]

Ma akaraparivitakkena.
Do not believe something because it appeals to "common sense". [Do not be fooled by outward appearances.]

Ma ditthinijjhanakkhantiya.
Do not believe something just because you like the idea. [Do not hold on tightly to any view or idea just because you are comfortable with it .]

Ma bhabbarupataya.
Do not believe something because the speaker seems trustworthy. [Do not believe any view just because some seeming believable one says.]

Ma samano no garu ti.
Do not believe something thinking, "This is what our teacher says". [Do not be led by what your teacher tells you is so.]

You can read it here and here

To Those which wrote and publish ten reasons why Ong Tee Keat is the worst President in MCA , my response and reply to them is the ten sermons above by Buddha .

May you reap what you sow , Law of Cause and Effect

May they come fast your Karma

And to those with bad intentions , may your karma ripen immediately .

From now till Dec 21 st , 2012 things will happen very fast , politicians , people with BAD karma will be CLEANSE and so will the WORLD to await the arrival of the new Buddha the Maitreya Buddha .
