Please be a little bit aware of the scenario. Government of Malaysia is not for the government offices only it includes Malaysia as a whole.
By the way, what have Chua Soi Lek and Lim Kit Siang to do with the comments given? The immature arguments always will have somebody unrelated as their punching bags.

Miniters are not the one who do the daily operation. Hence to blame LTL in this case is unfair and irresponsible.
You should do a reponsible rakyat should do --- by complaining to the hospital and if not response then you take it up to higher level.
you need to build up a case. If every single trivial thing you want to shove it down LTL throat, then even if LTL can do it, it will be fire fighting only.
So, use the right channel.
