Malaysia Blessed Due To Location - Astrology Scientist

SUNDAY BREAK KUALA LUMPUR, July 18 (Bernama) -- Malaysia is a "very blessed country", thanks to its location on the globe in relation to the solar system, says an eminent astrology scientist from India.

G. Suresh said the latitude (20 30' North) and longitude (1120 30' East) was most conducive as it received "positive energy" from the other planets which energised the country, and by extension, the people and all other creations within it.

He said Malaysians should harness that energy through peace, close mutual cooperation and unity to move forward, and for the progress and prosperity of the country.

Suresh, from Kerala, India, is a renowned astrology practitioner with international credentials. He has authored a book, 'Be Aware of Yourself - Cosmic Components Configuration'.

He told Bernama in a recent interview: "The government should take advantage of the natural endowment and propel it (nation) to greater heights, with enhanced policies and programmes.

One of the programmes he suggested was a special policy to nurture the country's pre-school children and the elderly into valuable national assets.

He said Malaysia's global position was also best for "space research " as it was directly opposite the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (Nasa) -- an independent agency of the United States Government responsible for aviation and spaceflight -- and 12 hours behind in time, which made it a most appropriate site to do follow-up research.

He said, as a result, the future demand of Malaysian air space would increase as more countries would want to use it to test their space inventions.

Suresh, who has travelled widely around the world, said Malaysia had great future and its people were very fortunate.

He said, since the cost of living in Malaysia was one of the lowest in the world, the country should capitalise on this to attract more tourists and investors.

"I have noticed that RM10 in Malaysia could be stretched far more than the same amount in Singapore, New York, Tokyo or London," he said.

Another plus point for Malaysia was that it was multi-racial, multi-lingual, multi-cultural and multi-religious, giving the world tourists an experience of observing different religious festivals, food and traditions in a single country, he said.
