Probe into Wee's link continues
PUTRAJAYA – Investigations are continuing into allegations of Deputy Education Minister Dr Wee Ka Siong's link to the Port Klang Free Zone scandal.
Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission deputy chief commissioner (operation) Mohd Shukri Abdull said the MACC had recorded a statement from Wee and did not rule out that he (Wee) might be called again.
Former Malaysian Institute of Integrity deputy president Mustafar Ali replaced Mohd Shukri as MACC investigation director from March 1.
The DAP had called for Wee to be investigated, saying a check showed that he still owns almost half of consultancy firm Hijau Sekitar Sdn Bhd which conducted a study to develop land next to the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ).
Wee also failed in his bid to get an interim injunction to prevent Social Care Foundation chairman Tan Sri Robert Phang Miow Sin and Star Publications (M) Bhd from further publishing alleged defamatory statements linking him to the PKFZ scandal.
Time needed to probe pol-sec
In another development, Mohd Shukri said the MACC needed a bit more time to close a probe on former political secretary to a senior minister, who was found with RM2 million in cash last month.
"The case involved international bank accounts. So we need a bit more time to trace real estates (acquired) overseas. Give us a bit more time to complete the case," he added.
The MACC released the former political on a RM50,000 bail on Feb 18.
The aide was arrested on Feb 12 under suspicion of committing acts which fall under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Financing Act 2001. - Bernama

In the first place where you get your informations from??? Secondly if a politician is rich that doesn't mean he is not clean. His wealth may come from ethical investment. Thirdly MACC have already went through all OTK and family accounts, to date they have not taken any action on him, that tell us they found nothing. Don't you think if MACC found any evidences that would be the best weapon for UNMO to kill him and make your film star job very short and easy.

Let MACC do there job. Nobody will report to MACC as there is no evidence and they just want to spread the info in internet just to influence the MCA CD so that they have second thought if they want to vote for him. Normally it affects the fence sitters.....hello!! it is about 10% of the votes.

I think as a politicial he should know how to be a good leader person. of Course politican have personal interested. Normal ppl also have. If we dun have, we will not be working and get our salary at the end of the month.

The worst part of OTK is he dunno how to take care the person who is supporting him. I had support him indirectly. I am not saying he must gime project or monetery things, but he should do some things to take care of his supporter heart ma, small little things also he no take care. Not only i say this. Almost all MCA ppl that i met say these. His PR is very very very dam lousy. Sometimes, i also dunno why he become politician. Somemore, MCA president. It is a disgrace to the political arena. I think all politican regardless from US or UK or singapore have PR skill.
If i am a panel to give marks for him, I will surely give him negative marks.
While OTK others skill(his speaking skill), I am fine with it. He is up to everyone expectation. I just wish that he know about it (his weakness) and improve on it , If he wanna reelect as MCA President.

It is because of this nature that he has offended many people, MCA colleagues and even AMNO leaders. But to think about it do we need a leader who is a Yes-man to AMNO or do we need a leader who can uphold Chinese dignity and withstand

Not even small gesture. I do not know whether he vested any self interest but he is clear that this small gestures will roll like avalanche as small gesture will slowly become BIG DEMANDS.
I personally think if you worked hard to gain the deals, or had put much effort into what you are doing then i don't see why you can find your way through.

But OTK gotta know he is not living in a vacuum. OTK got to realize that while the Chinese people as a whole supports his cause, OTK has NO POWER over us.
He still has to consult with us, the Chinese, on major decision. He still has to tell us where he is taking us. He still has to tell us what type of MCA he wants to form.
Since OTK has taken over the top job of MCA, there is no communication in between OTK and the Chinese people.
All we Chinese are feeling like we are on the sideline, and watching the one-man-show run by OTK alone.
This is not the way of a good leader.
A good leader communicates with his troops.
