Liow Tiong Lai, how sure you can be elected as president of mca if fresh election is held for you. Answer this simple question first before you keep harping for fresh election every day when you open your mouth. Do you know dengue epidemic is coming. What are you doing as minister of health? Why are you thinking so highly of yourself as if you will become president of mca in 2010. Don't daydream. Just look at the way you talk and articulate in public. You totally lack the ability to articulate your position as health minister and the political policies of your party as vice president and that of the BN you are in. Learn first what are the requirements of a president-to-be, understand?. Ong Tee Keat outshines you anytime, you must remember that. When you have eaten more salt and rice than Ong, then only you can think
defeating him. Even if you fight Ong in the boxing ring, I bet you know you will be badly injured. Listen obediently to him whatever he said, do you understand. Are you still
behaving like a very small boy showing tantrums just because there is no fresh election. Wait for the AGM is due, then, you can ask wee ka siong to nominate you and seconded by chew mei fun to stand against Ong Tee Keat as president. Don't you know that Confucius says " Patience is Virtue."

MCA must not hesitate to condemn outside encroachment
Ronnie Tan
Dec 23, 09
5:12p

Christmas is here. A season of peace and goodwill. But sadly for MCA, there is no peace. No goodwill. Nothing but sadness. Very sad indeed.

We have a gang of clueless renegades ruthlessly attempting to sabotage MCA and desperately trying to collect 21 signatures of the elected Central Committee members (CC) to stage fresh elections. They must be kidding.

You might think I've gone off my rocker and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognise MCA anymore. President Dwight Eisenhower once said: 'You don't lead by hitting people over the head. That's assault, not leadership'.

But that is precisely what this trio of Liow Tiong Lai, Wee Ka Siong and Chew Mei Fun are attempting to do - to bludgeon their MCA President Ong Tee Keat and take control of the party.
Why are we in this mess? How did we end up with this crowd in the CC? Well, the central delegates voted for them - or at least some of them did.

But I'll tell you what we didn't do. We didn't agree to stop asking questions or demanding answers. We didn't agree to suspend the MCA constitution. And don't tell me it's all the fault of Ong - that's an intellectually lazy argument and it's part of the reason we're in this mess.

But here's where we stand. These are times that cry out for leadership. I have news for Liow Tiong Lai and gang. We didn't elect you to sit on your bottoms and hijack our independence, democracy, constitution, honour and greatness and to be replaced by mediocrity. Give us a break. Why don't you and gang show some spine for a change?

Courage in the 21st century doesn't mean posturing and bravado. Courage is a commitment to sit down at the negotiation table and talk. And taking a position even when you know it will cost you votes. Leadership is forged in these times of crisis. You don't have to run to outside forces with our internal disputes.

It only shows you are a coward when your world comes tumbling down. MCA must not hesitate to condemn outside encroachments whether they are perpetrated by the past leaders or outside powers. The overwhelming informed members and the Chinese community know that Umno will not be at rest until an 'obedient client' rules MCA again.

One must know you can't expect to win cooperation by calling people evil. You don't have to talk tough in order to be tough. You don't go knocking on the head of your buddy of two decades. That's not what democracy is all about.

So far Liow Tiong Lai and gang have been unable to be specific about what they will do in order for us to get confidence in him. Making inroads in elective politics should not lead to an unnecessary intoxication of power. Misplaced empowerment is dangerous. Those who yearn for power but are not ready for it, when empowered, may resort to actions beyond proportions.

The learning curve from a political secretary to member of Parliament, deputy minister to the lofty position of a full minister is wide and gaping. Time and adversity collectively become the best teachers. Therefore taking and making time is a well-advised alternative.

But for Liow Tiong Lai, Wee Ka Siong and Chew Mei Fun, they seem to be people in a big hurry. They and their plotters in silhouettes and vignettes in the background are ready to plunge their daggers into the heart of Ong Tee Keat.

But I am certain that the Chinese community and Malaysians in general would not find the betrayal in good taste or palatable, Ong certainly did not deserve the treatment unleashes by this headline-grabbing and power-crazy trio.

That's why we members take it personally when Liow Tiong Lai tries to ruin a man who speaks his mind fearlessly for the party, community and nation.

In spite of all these excruciating experiences, Ong Tee Keat has not changed his positioning. He continues in his relentless search for the common good. His door for Liow Tiong Lai to come back to the fold is always open.

He said recently, 'It is just plain crazy to stop talking to people you disagree with. As long as you keep talking, there is hope'.

Ong Tee Keat is right. If you are the MCA president, your ideas have to be bigger than your friends. So what we MCA members should do about our enduring love affair with MCA? Let us push for Key Performance Indicators for our MCA leaders. It is supposed to gauge the performance of the MCA leaders and their public office.

Short of meeting their KPI repeatedly, they should invite themselves through the exit door without further hints or taps on the shoulders. This is the most gentlemanly of all overtures, globally. No more linkages in terms of reasoning and excuse.

Emotional appeals and crying openly on TV of how one is never short of the best of intentions only to be a let down by reality simply does not hold water anymore. Our members and the Chinese community are already too clever for that.

Now the future of the MCA is at stake. I am only trying to light a fire. I am speaking out because I have hope. I believe in MCA. I believe in building a better future for our children.

Democracy isn't a spectator sport. We all have a role to play and I am going to ask you to get involved. Let us bring back the leadership we deserve. It's not too late but its getting pretty close.
So let's shake off the detractors and go to work. Let's tell them all we have had enough.

Won't you join me in this crusade?

They got their Balls hanging in front of their chest , there's none underneath .

Is there such a thing as a conditional resignation ? Dei Mau buat wayang , tunggu lah sampai bulan tujoh , bila hantu hantu itu semua keluar .

Their resignation is on condition , ie valid only when 21 CCs resign to force a fresh election .

If the two thirds is NOT met , then their resignation becomes invalid ie , that they have never resigned from the CC .

Please read this :

Article 42. A member of the Central Committee may resign his office
by letter submitted to the Secretary-General giving his
reasons. The Central Committee shall consider his
resignation at its meeting next after the submission of the
letter of resignation. In the event of any of the elected
members of the Central Committee ceasing to hold office
for whatsoever reason the Central Committee may appoint
another to fill the vacancy until the General Assembly in
which Party elections are held.

Hello Sec Gen , is there a conditional resignation under our Party Constitution ?

What ever way they write their resignation , the 12 DOGs has to go .

These are the 12 Dogs who " resign " with their balls hanging on their necks , like the dog license .

Wong Nai Chee, Datuk Wong Mook Leong, Datuk Liew Yuen Keong, Wong Siong Hwee, Datuk Yu Chok Tow, Deputy Higher Education Minister Dr Hou Kok Chung, Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Wee Jeck Seng, Datuk Dr Yeow Chai Thiam, Datuk Hoh Khai Mun, Datuk Edward Khoo and Lee Wei Kiat.

If DPM Muhyiddin asks these 12 running dogs to eat shit , they will quickly go and eat shit !

If PM Najib asks these dogs to go and die , they will jump down from Petronas Twin Towers .

The Big Snake has finally shown its true colors .

Well many people has been asking me why I am so quiet and why I am posting articles other than MCA .

Here is my response , I am not quiet , you can't be feeding only MCA articles 100 percent , eventually when MCA puts its house in order , this blog will have to evolve into Justice for Malaysians .

So to answer to all those asking for my continued whacking of Brutuses ,

This is what I have to say ..............

On those Central Committee resigning for fresh elections :

The following have emerged :

a) the 12 CCs in the LTL group have now been evenly split into two camps .

Those align to the Ong Ka Ting group wants to resign by next week . Of the six CCs align to OKT , they are :

1) Tan Kok Hong

2) Wee Jack Seng

3) Dr Hou Kok Chung

4) Wong Nai Chee

5) Lee Wei Kiat

6) Edward Khoo Keok Hai

The group align to Liow Tiong Lai now does not wished to resign for fearing that should they lose in the fresh elections they stand to lose everything . So I am told they are NOT resigning . Obviously the 547 delegates who attended the special briefing got the message to them .

They are :

1) Yu Chok Tow

2) Yeow Chai Thiam

3) Ho Khai Mun

4) Liew Yuen Keong

5) Wong Siong Hwee

6) Wong Mook Leong

So to me the GUP is of most importance to me than to be whacking them day in day out .

For those CC s who heeded the calls by PM to resign is akin to having Najib as the President of the Malay Controlled Association and they are liken to be the real traitors of MCA . The more they listen to UMNO , the more they are exposing their backside for all to see until you can even count the number of hairs sticking out from their arsehole .

Dei Muhyiddin Get Lost , Pordah ! !
Leave MCA matters to MCA

We can handle and solve our own problems , we don't need you to be Kay Po Chi ..Puss off and Buss off

Hello Najib , Please be aware of this potential Brutus . A Brutus will always side another Brutus . A Brutus will always speak the language of the Brutus . Birds of a feather flock together !! He has shown his impatience when he repeatedly asked Pak Lah to step down . His actions are paramount to getting the Chinese to desert MCA and BN with his consistence interference . When in Rome he took Ong Tee Keat to task for Ong's Presidential Council reshuffle . Now he is at it again .

So YAB PM , better watch your back with this highly possible potential Brutus in sheep's hide within your inner circle.

Muhyiddin wants MCA elections soon

TOKYO, Dec 7 — MCA leaders should come together and agree to a formula that will enable them to have fresh party polls or risk losing the confidence and trust of the Chinese community, Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin warned today.

“What is important is the interest of the party. Everyone has got their vested interest but the most important is the vested interest of the party. Otherwise, it will drag on too long and obvious consequences will be the loss of trust and confidence in the party,” he said.

Once that happened, it would be very difficult to regain the public confidence and trust, said Muhyiddin, who is on a four-day trade and investment mission.

The leaders should act en bloc while there was some hope and recourse to solve the impasse, he said when asked on the move by 13 MCA elected central committee members who had expressed their willingness to resign to pave the way for fresh party polls.

He said that only with the resignation of the members of the party’s central committee could fresh party polls be held according to the MCA constitution.

“Like it or not, they have to sacrifice so that the minimum requirement of two-thirds can be achieved,” he said.

He said all the MCA leaders, including president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat, deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek and vice-president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai had their own influence in the MCA central committee.

“Even two-thirds is not good enough because the other one-third are not in favour. Therefore, ideally it should be en bloc resignation.

“Then, we enable the MCA delegates to decide the MCA’s future and not the MCA leaders only,” said Muhyiddin.

Asked if it was unfair for those who were not involved in the issue to resign, he said it was not an issue of fair or otherwise.

“If because I have no problem and I intend to remain (in the committee), this will not resolve the problem. Good leaders will be re-elected, that is democracy in the party.

“But if everyone says they don’t agree and there are differing opinions, it (the problem) will drag on and if there is no election, people will say that the Chinese community has lost confidence in the MCA,” added Muyhiddin. — Bernama

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 19 — The word on the street was that a protest was going to be held at the MCA headquarters at Jalan Ampang. Reporters came in droves at 7pm. Policemen prepared for any eventuality.

What was hyped as a “protest” against the MCA leadership, turned out to be a subdued affair. For one thing, the protestors were mostly youngsters wearing face masks. Pockets of the MCA Youth and Wanita wings’ members attended, but no big names showed up.

“If an MCA leader were to betray and manipulate democracy, the very foundation of the party, just for the sake of retaining power, how can you convince the Chinese community that you will not betray the nation and country when you are facing the temptation of power and personal interest?” asked Lai Chee Hoe, a lawyer who was the appointed spokesman for the night. Is the loyar buruk directing that message to the Brutus and conspirators ?

He read out the press statement in front of the 60-odd crowd who were dressed in black and holding candles. A rendition of the Negaraku plus the MCA party anthem soon followed suit.

“We are here not in support of any faction...but we are just opening posters demeaning Chua and OTK . What cock is he talking ? We hope MCA will end this turmoil and regain stability in time to create a better tomorrow,” said Lai, who stressed that the candlelight vigil was not aimed at furthering any political agenda and that all they wanted was a strong MCA.

Chong Sin Woon, MCA Youth CC member for Pandan, attested to the fact that most of the people who attended the vigil were “outsiders”. Must be from the PKR and DAP professional protesters for hire club .

“This vigil was mostly initiated by outsiders, young people who are concerned with the future of this party. Now we ask MCA leaders to listen to these young people because of they do not do that, MCA is gone.” Please go tell that to the Brutus and Conspirators !

The only excitement in an otherwise sombre affair.

He went on to emphasise that the only possible way to realise democracy in the party was to make way for fresh elections. Who said that ? is it the brutus and Weeping Wee ? and they said they are not in support of any faction ? Who are they kidding ? My grandmother ?

The candlelight vigil reached its peak moment when people started offering “prayers” for MCA. The youngsters, though seemingly nervous, carried out what they came for. Seemingly nervous ?? Where are you Weeping Wee ?

Aside from the vigil, the only highlight of the evening was when a few people started brandishing anti-Ong Tee Keat/Chua Soi Lek banners. And they said they are not in support of any faction , bird of a feather flock together , great LIARS ....wearing black ? must be mourning the death of Weeping wee and Weeping Chew

The banners read in Chinese: “Chua Soi Lek keeps hanging on to deputy post, MCA cannot be rejuvenated with this person in power.

“Party chief Ong Tee Keat loses trust and credibility, has caused the Chinese community to lose face.” Where are the organisers ? DAP like to campor tangan too .

No arrests were made. The banners were taken away by the police. The gathering ended at 9pm.

'Hard to feel pity' for tearful MCA duo

'They cried not because they want an EGM, they cried because they are going to lose their ministerial posts. Their ministerial perks are now at stake.'

'Disowned' duo make tearful plea for EGM

Al: What is there to cry about? PJ Utara kicked out Chew Mei Fun in favour of Tony Pua. Since March 8, 2008, she has been a deputy minister essentially without popular consent, while the people's choice, Tony Pua, has been arrested by the police. I find it hard to feel any pity for the likes of her.

Louis: They cried not because they want an EGM, they cried because they are going to lose their ministerial posts. Their ministerial perks are at stake. I suggest that all MCA delegates refrain from attending the EGM on Nov 28. There's no point to it. It's only a waste of time.

Think about how much time was lost over the bickering for positions. Please proceed with the real business now. Liow Tiong Lai, Chew Mei Fun and Wee Ka Siong should resign and get out already. Run and come back later. As of now, all three of them 'tak laku already'.

Ivan Yeo: Are both of you crying for yourselves because you have been sacked? Or are you crying for the rakyat because of their daily struggle to put food on the table, obtain milk for their young children, pay for their transportation fees, etc? Shame on the MCA.

Malaysians Are Not Stupid: 'Those who live by the sword die by the sword' aptly applies to these political clowns. What have they done for the Chinese community?

Did they shed a single drop of tear when the rights of the Chinese were eroded? Did they shed a single drop of tear when the Chinese were bullied? I am sure they did not.

Why? Because they have a vested interest in keeping quiet. Now that their privileges are being removed, they cry buckets and buckets of tears. Please go quietly and do not disgrace us anymore.

Jeffrey Yew: Nice crocodile tears there. I'm not a MCA supporter at all, but here are the facts:

1. Ong Tee Keat and Dr Chua Soi Lek were a democratically-elected pair to begin with.

2. During the Oct 10 EGM, shadowy forces sought to remove this democratically-elected pair through undemocratic means

3. The ROS' decision restored the democratically-elected pair

If they, Chew Mei Fun and Wee Ka Siong, are so concerned about the democratic process, they should wait until the next MCA election proper to come back. Chew has no business talking about democracy as she is a 'backdoor' deputy minister.

Multi Racial: I read with amazement what some politicians are prepared to do. In the first place, why are these two crying publicly? If they say they are crying for the democratic process, we all know that is hogwash.

If they are fighting for the democratic process, then why stay in MCA? They could do it better outside of BN. If they say they do it out of love for the MCA and if they truly love MCA, then they should cooperate with its president and deputy president.

Don't stir up trouble publicly. We should ask them why they rejected the second EGM called by Ong Tee Keat earlier. I think all politicians should take note that Malaysians have changed.

We are more educated, we are better informed, we realise the importance of good governance and efficient government services. We all want an end to corruption and racism.

Please, no more acting, no more nonsense. All honest and sincere politicians from all parties should work together now.

Ngawangjimpa: Even if Chew Mei Fun and Wee Ka Siong were to cry like a cascading waterfall, no one would sympathise with them. They entered into a high-stakes game and lost even before the Nov 28 EGM begins.

Had the duo won, they would now be smiling with mouths as big as football goal posts.

Steve: A few days ago, they were shouting like horses. Now they're putting on a 'crocodile tears show'.

Brutus's Conspirators Guillotined

Liow’s men axed from MCA presidential council

Liow’s supporters have been axed from presidential council. — File pic

Baby , baby , daddy say please don't cry !

By Lee Wei Lian

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 18 — MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat today reshuffled the presidential council which saw the axing of several members aligned to his rival Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

Among those dropped in the reshuffle were Youth chief Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong, Wanita chief Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun, Datuk Wee Jeck Seng and Wong Nai Chee.

New faces include Datuk Tan Chai Ho, who is aligned to deputy president Datuk Seri Chua Soi Lek.

The president has the discretion to appoint whoever he wishes but Liow described the move as politics of "slash and burn".

"It is a reshuffle, and not fair to say they have been axed," said Ong.

MORE TO COME

Update : Those sack includes Wee Jack Seng , Wong Nai Chee , Chor Chee Heung and Hou Kok Chung .

On Chew , this is what Dr Chua recalled , that when he previously called for an EGM, Chew had declared in closed-door sessions that she would resign if a motion of no confidence against Ong was passed and Dr Chua's MCA membership reinstated.

The former health minister told reporters on Wednesday that Chew had been saying she would resign all too often to the extent that it had discredited her.

'Back door listing'

Dr Chua described the Wanita leader, who is Deputy Women, Family and Community Development minister, as ‘talented.’

“She is the only Chinese politician out of seven million in the country to have been given a government post despite being defeated with a huge majority (in the 2008 general election).

He akin her appointment as ‘a backdoor listing in the stock exchange’, adding that politically this is called ‘morality.’

“She can lose and yet can come back. When people in the MCA lose, none have a chance to come back. She is the only one.”

Article 46 of the Constitution:

"There shall be established from amongst the members of the Central Committee a Presidential Council which shall consist of the President, the Deputy President, one or more Vice-Presidents, the Secretary-General, the Treasurer- General, the National Organising Secretary and not more
than ten (10) other members appointed by the President in his ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, who likewise may terminate such appointment if and when he thinks fit."

Suffering from Fighting Schizophrenia

Gone mad in fighting

MCA leaders have recently cited quotations from numerous well-known Chinese language fiction writers. For you and me who are not familiar with literature, we have been deeply impressed to hear their words filled with morality, justice and sentiments.

As a matter of fact, MCA leaders are not only good in power struggling, but they are also quite romantic.

As a matter of fact, MCA leaders are not only good in political fights, but they are quite literary talented, too.

Well-known Taiwanese Wuxia (martial arts) novel writer Gu Long (Xiong Yaohua) said: “The most lethal enemy is usually a friend around you.” It made me terribly suspicious for a period of time but fortunately, popular Taiwanese romance novelist Chiung Yao said: “Everyone is different from others.” I came to an understanding all in a sudden and walked out from the nightmare.

"As a result, you suspect me and I don't believe you."

I would like to thank Wanita MCA Chief Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun for quoting Chiung Yao and reminded me of a British political commentator who said that all politicians, even if not obviously, will somehow show signs of schizophrenia.

Would MCA leaders somehow show signs of schizophrenia? I dare not to make an assertion as I'm not a psychiatrist. But for sure, the never-ending party crisis has driven everyone in MCA, from top to bottom, mad.

At this very moment, you can no longer distinguish between friend and foe or clarify right and wrong, as they keep coming out with vague and ambiguous words.

Today, you can no longer find out who is telling the truth and who is telling lies as everyone's pious face may instantly change and claim himself or herself to be righteous.

To put it bluntly, MCA has entered an era of “double-face”!

Therefore, you discredit me today and I'll tarnish your reputation tomorrow.

As a result, you suspect me and I don't believe you. Everyone in MCA is feeling insecure. From top to bottom, they have all plunged into a crisis of trust, it has as well triggered a crisis of confidence throughout the party.

The unity plan which sounded sonorous has been distorted, leaving only the deplorable power struggle.

Since the consensus for the unity plan has collapsed, MCA is unable to be more united. Instead, it becomes more chaotic, out of control and less credible. The whole party has thus, fell into an evil political quagmire. They have no way to free themselves.

From the dispute between party President Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat and former Deputy President Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek to the current chaotic infighting among the three factions, MCA no longer looks like a disciplined party with ideals. Instead, it has become a mess filled with hostility and hatred. The beautiful quotations is unable to cover up the fact that “MCA has gone mad in fighting”! Brutuses and their Conspirators

Here are the faces of the conspirators , ever notice how inmature they look except for a few ? I better think twice if they were to lead MCA .

15 MCA leaders were present during the show of force at Liow Tiong Lai's press conference which hit out at Ong Tee Keat on October 27. Here's a run down of why they became hardcore Third Force. Let's start with the 3 Stooges:

1) Liow Tiong Lai - he's a heartbeat away from becoming MCA president. If he succeeds in toppling OTK, he becomes the president. In corporate circles, that's call backdoor listing. And he's promised to reward a whole lot of people when the mutiny succeeds.

2) Wee Ka Siong - he wants to be Transport Minister. He has a Ph.D in transport from UTM and in terms of hierrarchy, he's next in line. Three of the four VPs are alredy ministers and the 4th is an Adun and an exco in Johor.

3) Chew Mei Fun - the Hainanese who turned against her fellow Hainanese president OTK was promised the Tourism Minister's job. And oh yeah, what the hell does a person who lost massively in PJ Utara cares about OTK? She's gonna be made Minister, man, wooohooooo!!

Camp Ong Ka Ting
The former MCA president still has unfinished business in supporting his own elder brother Ka Chuan as president. He wants to topple OTK towards this end. Top on the list of his supporter is actually a women - Chew Mei Fun (see above). Ka Ting's men are:

4) Wee Jeck Seng - The deputy minister of youth and sports was former political secretary to Ka Ting when the latter was the Housing and Local Government Minister. WJS is one of the 3-member "snoop squad" which was tasked with trying to secretly film ka Ting's political rivals in compromising positions. The others are Liow Tiong Lai and Tee Ann Chuan

5) Ho Kok Chung - Ong Ka Ting plucked the former UM lecturer from nowhere and got him to stand in the the 2008 general election. When it dawned upon Ka Ting that he didn't have enough MPs to fill Cabinet posts, he made Kok Chung the deputy higher education minister. For this, Kok Chung is eternally grateful to Ka Ting for being able to leave the ivory tower for world of raw power.

6) Yu Chok Tow - What can we say about this woman? Ka Ting loved her to bits and even wanted to promote her as deputy minister. Too bad, she lost terribly to an Indian candidiate from DAP in the Seremban Parliamentary seat during the 2008 GE.

Camp Chan Kong Choy
The former MCA deputy president who quit under a cloud for his involvement in the PKFZ scandal has been jumpy since the day OTK opened up the files on the Mother of All Corruptions in Malaysia. CKC actually had good relations with OTK, but when the former saw a golden opportunity to get rid of the erratic OTK for Liow, he couldn't resist. Liow, the Bentong MP, is considered Bentong-born CKC's protege. And weakling Liow is much easier to control than OTK.

7) Wyman Yoo Wei How - He served as CKC's political secretary, than as Liow's political secretary. OTK took heavy blows from his own hardcore supporters when he insisted Wyman be made the National Organising Secretary. But Wyman's loyalty is with his ex-bosses, not the party president.

8) Hoh Khai Mun - The Pahang MCA chairman would die for CKC and they both go back a long way. The Pahang exco also hails from Bentong, the same town as CKC.

9) Chai Kim Sen - He has been close to CKC since they were in the Youth days. CKC gave him the Datukship and loads of contracts in between. A businessman, he also gets contracts from Liow and even pays Wyman, technically jobless, a handsome allowance every month. OTK thought Chai Kim Sen is a good man and appointed him into the MCA CC. And what did Chai Kim Sen do? Stab OTK in the back, what else?

10) Gan Hong Su - This man's links with CKC is fairly limited but is the drinking buddy of Wyman. Let's just say they both have an exquisite taste in the finer things in life, which may not necessarily be legal or moral. But who cares about moral these days? If he did, he would not have stabbed OTK in the back although the MCA president was the one who appointed him into the CC.

11) Wong Siong Hwee - The Kelantan Senator is not only a beneficiary to the largesse during CKC's heydays. They share the same brotherhood - the triads brotherhood.

The neither-here-nor-there camp

12) Liew Yuen Keong - If MCA were a massive tank in a biological science lab, this man would be the invertebrate - he is spineles. He can't make up his mind which side to support. During the EGM, he was the OTK's chief scrutineer. A few days later, he swung to The Dark Side. During Team A - Team B, his famous quote was that his "body is in Team B, soul in Team A".

13) Gan Tian Loo - His father, veteran MCA leader Gan Boon Leong may be an ex-Mr Asia for body building. But Gan Jr is a wimp of Herculean proportions. He told a hardcore MCA supporter that he showed up at the press conference because he was harrassed to. Yeap, that's the kind of excuse you get from wimps, who can't even think of a better lie.

14) Lee Wei Kiat - He garnered the highest vote in the central committee during the 2008 MCA election. And you know what they say about those people with high votes - they are not popular, they just play both sides. Oh, he's another snake alright. OTK made him a salaried special officer in the Ministry of Transport (even topped up his salary) made him official MCA spokesman and a director in Wisma MCA Sdn Bhd. And he repays the gratitude by turning against OTK.
The cover-up camp

15) Chor Chee Heung - In the 2005 MCA election, he fought for VP and lost. In 2008, he downgraded himself and fought for central committee - and lost again. OTK gave him a lifeline and appointed him into the central committee. He has only one reason to bite the hands that feed him - he doesn't want his own hands to be handcuffed. Deputy Finance Minister Chor, neither a hardcore Ka Ting nor Kong Choy man, is the only serving government leader implicated in the Pricewaterhousecoopers report on PKFZ. If OTK is gone, the close buddy to Tiong King Sing is assured that there will be no more action against him

Add another two more snakes .

16) Yeow Chai Team - The fake monk who is a Kong Choy supporter . Wants to become a senator and be made a Deputy Minister , failing which he is now backing the Ong brothers Sdn Bhd , trying to pave the road for OKC to come back . Another opportunist .

17) Wong Nai Chee - The opportunist who is a Ka Ting supporter . Wants to be made a Deputy Minister . Strong supporter of the Ong brothers Sdn Bhd whom nobody wants.

A Lesson for Brutus(es) in MCA

OPINION THE following is a true account of a conversation I had with a taxi driver in Kuala Lumpur last Tuesday. Well, he was doing most of the talking and I, the listening.

I think the cabbie who must be about 60 years old is a very politically conscious guy and, an opinionated one too. I pretended I know nothing about politics but only threw in little comments just to prod him on.

julius-caesar.jpgAnd the man was on fire with his language! He was very expressive about how he feels on certain issues. As a Chinese, MCA politics was naturally his topic of the day – as it has been in the Chinese papers throughout this past week.

At the end of the 40-minute ride in the taxi, I have a full account about what’s going on in the MCA. He was particularly upset with the recent episode of betrayal by some of MCA president Ong Tee Keat’s ‘closest people’.

Such characters MCA can do without

On his list of Brutus(es) were vice-president Liow Tiong Lai, Youth chief Wee Ka Siong and Wanita leader Chew Mei Fun.

He was particularly very hard hitting on Liow. “We don’t need that kind of characters in the MCA. If one day, Liow really becomes president, it’s possible he may even sell the MCA to the highest bidder.

“What is this? Ong trusted Liow all along but once Ong is in trouble, he will create more trouble for him. Worse, Liow wants to take over as president through the back door which is wrong.

“Ong Tee Keat made a big mistake in trusting such friends. When you have such people as friends, who need enemies?” he added.

The cabbie, who called himself Ah Khoon, said he would prefer Ong or even Dr Chua Soi Lek any time to helm the MCA but not a betrayer like Liow or any member of his gang.

When I asked who he thinks is the best man to lead MCA at the moment, he mentioned “Datuk Lim Ah Lek” (former deputy president) without hesitation.

lim-ah-lek.jpgWhy? “Lim Ah Lek is the ‘cleanest’ MCA leader around. He may be getting on in years but MCA needs a personality like him today. I believe he will reform the party, starting with ridding it of selfish leaders who are in the MCA only to promote their own interests. And there are many such people in the party today.

“After Lim, I would go for Ong Tee Keat. He is a tough nut to crack, a straight talker with a mind of his own. MCA can do with a gung-ho president like him for a change from all the ‘yes men’ who were party presidents previously.

Ah Khoon added that he found no fault with Ong Tee Keat yet so far in his first year as MCA president.

"Perhaps his only mistake was being too trusting and not noticing the would-be betrayers lurking around him," he said.

Asked whom he would like to see as Ong’s successor, he replied, “Like others, I thought Liow Tiong Lai is a good choice. But after what he did this week, he is definitely out.

“Honestly, I cannot think of a name from the current crop of MCA leaders as a possible successor to Ong. Somehow, I don’t trust many of them,” he added.

Take note, Tiong Lai

If I were a politician, I will pay attention to what the men in the street (like Ah Khoon the cabbie) have to say. These are the people on the ground and they form a sizable number of voters who can break or make a politician at the polls.

Liow Tiong Lai, the overly ambitious guy who is prepared to betray his boss in order to get what he wants, could do well to take heed of Ah Khoon’s conversation with me.

No matter what you say about your plans for the betterment of MCA, Tiong Lai, your attempt at betraying the party president has not gone down well with the grassroots. I think even your supporters and voters (if they have a conscience) in Bentong will not be able to tolerate what you have done.

So start nursing this ‘political ailment’ of yours and beef up your ‘political health’, Mr Health Minister.

But as the MCA drama played out on Thursday, Ong Tee Keat’s gang of betrayers was out-manouvered by Ong and his group who stuck with him.

We can all rejoice that the plot hatched by the ‘Brutus(es)’ to oust Ong has been thwarted. And Ah Khoon the cabbie must be a very happy man too.

So is the desire by Ong and Chua to patch up for real? How are they going to go about it?

This is best answered by Dr Chua himself when he told reporters on Thursday that “politics is about making the possible impossible and also the impossible possible”.

Reincarnation of Brutus Massimo

Before I talk on the snoop squad , I find this write up very interesting . Perhaps some of you here might be able to offer some more insights to the working and and secret deals involving Brutus . Tomorrow we shall revisit " the snoop squad "

We read about the snoop squad, indicating that the Minister of Health Liow Tiong Lai is allegedly involved in it. Although the Presidential Council committee clear him of any connection with the squad, but the investigation committee is unable to clear him on his close association with the ex-convict Tee An Chuan and why Tee who is a non-MCA member going around town and meeting easily MCA leaders. Now, it is a well known fact in town that the new minister in his hurry to build up his wall chest in view on the impending party election has his own list of cronies which he will impose on any other people who have projects with the Ministry of Health. The strange part is that the Minister keeps saying he’s not close with Tee but evidence showed otherwise. Just few weeks after he was sworn in as Minister, contractors and suppliers were informed that if they want to discuss or get any projects, they have to go through Tee first. Tee will then filter the projects before they can meet up with the Minister himself to further discuss on the projects. If the Minister is not close with Tee, why did these contractors have to go thru Tee? Please bear in mind that this happened way before the snoop squad issue occurred.

Recently, a company called System Conglomerate has been awarded by Ministry of Finance an IT project in several hospitals but this poor company has been facing a lot of resistance. They were notified that unless the project is outsourced to BB Chew, a director from Data Sonic Sdn Bhd, they will not be able to proceed. This is a man who knows nothing about IT in hospitals. He has openly threatened and bragged hospital staffs and staffs of System Conglomerate that the job should be given to him since he gets blessing from the Minister, or else the project will stuck. I really wish System Conglomerate the best of luck.

In another incident, one contractor was awarded a contract by the government to purchase 100 ambulances.. The Minister then directed the Director of Engineering department that the ambulances must be bought from a Datuk Goh from Bentong, otherwise create as many trouble as possible. Although this company AVP has been awarded LOA three months ago, they are still unable to purchase the ambulance from the main agent rather than from Datuk Goh, meanwhile the hospital is suffering from a chronic shortage of ambulance. The Minister only makes statement to show that he cares if the ambulance is from Datuk Goh from Bentong, which is the Minister’s constituency.

The Minister also directed that the Ministry should abolish their award of linear accelerator to be installed in GHKL so that the contract can then be awarded to another company, which is the well known Lim Brothers of Glotel Bhd. The technical committee was not in favour of linear accelerator from Glotel but the Minister said that he doesn’t care as long as it is from Glotel. One of the Lim brothers of Glotel is appointed as the General Manager of Port Klang and is a crony of Chan Kong Choy. We must not forget that Liow Tiong Lai is also a crony of Chan Kong Choy. You rub my back, I rub your back! What a disgrace!

Can You believe Betrayers ?

Wee, Chew say no force used on Ong to quit
Giam Say Khoon
KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 19, 2009) : MCA Youth chief Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong and Wanita chief Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun today declared that the central committee (CC) did not force party president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat to step down in the commitee meeting on Thursday.

Liow Tiong Lai

Wee Ka Siong

Chew Mei F

Their joint statement said after the Oct 10 extraordinary general meeting (EGM), it was Ong who said that because of moral obligation, he would step down and he had requested both of them and CC member Wong Hock Aun to draft him a "resignation statement".

They said the statement was prepared in the meeting room on the 9th floor of the MCA headquarters and was handed to Ong.

Wee and Chew said the purpose of having an EGM was to resolve problems and not to create a bigger problem.

Ong Tee Keat

"We regret that he (Ong) is questioning the outcome of the (Oct 10) EGM and is refusing to accept the outcome even though he had said that he would respect and accept the results of the EGM," the statement said.

On Ong's decision to call another EGM to decide whether to call for fresh party election for the CC, the statement said: "What if the outcome of the next EGM is another 50:50? Do we need to call for the third EGM to confirm the result of the second EGM? We urge everyone to accept the outcome of the (Oct 10) EGM and stop the argument.

Are you telling the truth , nothing but the truth ? So help you God !

1) On their claims that the CC did not force Party President Ong Tee Keat to step down ..is pressuring the same as forcing ? If you claim what is right , why did you and your collaborators signed a document or a petition asking the president to resign ? Is asking the President to step down the same as asking the President to resign ? What if I can prove that that document tantamounts to asking the president to resign . Would you three then tender your resignation for attempting to bluff the Chinese Community ?

2) That President had requested both of you ( Wee & Chew ) and CC member Wong Hock Aun to draft him a " resignation statement " Why the three of you ? and not others ? Don't you think that he could have drafted it himself or ask his pol sec to draft it for him ? Or are you implying that the president is so stupid to be not even able to draft a resignation letter himself and need to ask you three to do it for him ? Who are you trying to bluff ? or bull ? You three could have refused if you were with him , you could have asked him NOT to resign but instead you three drafted the letter ? Want to tell a lie , tell it more convincingly .

3) EGM was to resolve problem and not to create a bigger problem . That is correct however you three didn't support it and manipulate the EGM to suit your vested interests and that is , the both of you Wee and Chew took this opportunity to " promote " your political interests hoping to become Ministers .

4) That the two of you regret that he (Ong ) is questioning the outcome of the EGM and refusing to accept the outcome . Why should he when even the drafters of the resolution says that Ong need not resign as it does not specifically says that he must step down . Then again the party constitution says two thirds majority is required . Is 14 votes two thirds majority ? To resign is easy , to resign with responsibilty and leaving the party in capable or able hands is another factor or matter . You do not leave the party where everyone is for himself leaving the party in tatters . The second EGM is to enable the CDs to re-elect a new leadership , thus the president is paving the way by resigning , which you all have been asking him to do so . Isn't this what you all wanted ? Why the objection now ? Or is it you only want him to resign and not you two and the others ?

What hypocrisy is this ? I have lost words to describe people like you all , those who signed the petition .

Can you believe this Guy ?

MCA crisis:

Liow denies leading

calls for party chief's

resignation

2009/10/18

KUALA LUMPUR: In an about-turn, newly appointed MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai yesterday denied that he was leading calls for the resignation of president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat.

This comes three days after he led more than 20 central committee members in submitting a joint letter that allegedly called on Ong to quit, which followed the outcome of the Oct 10 extraordinary general meeting that saw delegates rejecting both Ong and his former deputy, Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek.

Liow had also denounced Ong’s decision on Thursday to call for another EGM to decide whether there was a need to have fresh party polls to resolve the party crisis.

MCA secretary-general Datuk Wong Foon Meng had said the EGM would go on.

It is expected to have one resolution, which is either to dissolve the CC or to reaffirm the present leadership.

While he did not deny the existence of the letter, Liow said it was not meant to pressure Ong to step down.

“Those signatures are not meant to pressure the president to resign. They (the CC) want me to represent them and present their views to the president,” he said at the MIC Deepavali open house yesterday.

He said therewere no clauses in the party constitution that allowed the CC to get rid of the president and that only the central delegates could do so through an EGM or an annual general meeting.

“It has never crossed my mind to force the president to resign. This is an attempt by someone to discredit the central committee.” Liow also said there was no split within the CC, adding that there were only “differences in opinions which we can discuss”.

Despite his denials, Liow will be hard put to convince party members and the Chinese community that his conduct is not tantamount to an act of betrayal .

Already, SMSes labelling him a “traitor” had been making its rounds, describing his decision not to stand by Ong as an act of betrayal.

Party sources said Liow had even planned to show the joint letter to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak as proof that the CC had lost confidence in Ong’s leadership.

They said the Liow-led faction hoped the letter would put further pressure on Ong to quit as well as fasttrack Liow’s takeover of the party, as the constitution states that a deputy can take over the presidency when a vacancy arises.

A CC member who did not want to be identified said for the past few days, Liow had been meeting CC members still aligned to Ong to convince them to jump ship.

Meanwhile, Wong hinted that calling for fresh party polls should be the last resort.

“If there are otherways to solve this impasse, we will definitely consider them.”

No one defends a betrayer of trust.

Once upon a time, King Brahmadatta was ruling in Benares in northern India. He had a clever minister who pleased him very much. To show his appreciation he appointed him headman of a remote border village. His duty was to represent the king and collect the king's taxes from the villagers.

Before long the headman was completely accepted by the villagers. Since he had been sent by the just King Brahmadatta, they respected him highly. They came to trust him as much as if he had been born among them.

In addition to being clever, the headman was also very greedy. Collecting the king's taxes was not enough reward for him. After becoming friendly with a gang of bandits, he thought up a plan to make himself rich.

The headman said to his friends, the robbers, "I will find excuses and reasons to lead all the villagers into the jungle. This will be easy for me, since they trust me as one of their own. I will keep them busy in the jungle, while you invade the village and rob everything of value. Carry everything away before I bring the people home. In return for my help, you must give me half of all the loot!" The bandits agreed, and a date was set.

When the day arrived, the headman assembled all the villagers and led them into the jungle. According to the plan, the bandits entered the unprotected village. They stole everything of value they could find. They also killed all the defenseless village cows, and cooked and ate the meat. At the end of the day the gang collected all their stolen goods and escaped.

It just so happened that on that very same day a travelling merchant came to the village to trade his goods. When he saw the bandits he stayed out of sight.

The headman brought all the villagers home in the evening. He ordered them to make a lot of noise by beating drums as they marched towards the village. If the bandits had still been there, they would have heard the villagers coming for sure.

The village people saw that they had been robbed and all their cows were dead and partly eaten. This made them very sad. The travelling merchant appeared and said to them, 'This treacherous village headman has betrayed your trust in him. He must be a partner of the gang of bandits. Only after they left with all your valuables did he lead you home. beating drums as loudly as possible!

"This man pretends to know nothing about what has happened —- as innocent as a newborn lamb! In truth, it's as if a son did something so shameful that his mother would say: "I am not his mother, he is not my son. My son is dead!"'

Before long, news of the crime reached the king. He recalled the treacherous headman and punished him according to the law.

The moral is: No one defends a betrayer of trust.

Impatient and Greedy MCA Brutuses

JULIUS CAESAR

Vatican bust of Caesar

Caesar attended the last meeting of the Senate before his departure, held at its temporary quarters in the portico of the theater built by Pompey the Great (the Curia, located in the Forum and the regular meeting house of the Senate, had been badly burned and was being rebuilt). The sixty conspirators, led by Marcus Junius Brutus, Gaius Cassius Longinus, Decimus Brutus Albinus, and Gaius Trebonius, came to the meeting with daggers concealed in their togas and struck Caesar at least 23 times as he stood at the base of Pompey's statue. Legend has it that Caesar said in Greek to Brutus, “You, too, my child?” After his death, all the senators fled, and three slaves carried his body home to Calpurnia several hours later. For several days there was a political vacuum, for the conspirators apparently had no long-range plan and, in a major blunder, did not immediately kill Mark Antony (apparently by the decision of Brutus). The conspirators had only a band of gladiators to back them up, while Antony had a whole legion, the keys to Caesar's money boxes, and Caesar's will. Click here for some assessments of Caesar by modern historians.

The MCA Brutus
Today in MCA we also have a Brutus . Apparently most of the conspirators were all known to us . They were factored in , as many overlapped in their support . It didn't come as surprise all those names mentioned , we were on the look out for them , however Brutus who did the most damage was one young , impatient Deputy Minister who had the trust of Ong Tee Keat only to be back stabbed . I shall not name this Deputy Minister , however he was seen to be totally at ease during the past one month after the EGM was announced . Even when attending the roadshows , there was hardly a sign of worry on his face . In politics , the body language tells all . He had all to gain and nothing to lose .
Had a consultancy firm in Johore and am told by some sources that his firm is doing consultancy services for Kuala Dimensi . However this is only rumoured as we are still in the process of checking this information . If this is true , then by his actions he has what we call a running dog for some organistion while benefitting in many ways , like getting promoted to become a full Minister and his company will reap more contracts .
That's all I can say at the moment .
