They got their Balls hanging in front of their chest , there's none underneath .

Is there such a thing as a conditional resignation ? Dei Mau buat wayang , tunggu lah sampai bulan tujoh , bila hantu hantu itu semua keluar .

Their resignation is on condition , ie valid only when 21 CCs resign to force a fresh election .

If the two thirds is NOT met , then their resignation becomes invalid ie , that they have never resigned from the CC .

Please read this :

Article 42. A member of the Central Committee may resign his office
by letter submitted to the Secretary-General giving his
reasons. The Central Committee shall consider his
resignation at its meeting next after the submission of the
letter of resignation. In the event of any of the elected
members of the Central Committee ceasing to hold office
for whatsoever reason the Central Committee may appoint
another to fill the vacancy until the General Assembly in
which Party elections are held.

Hello Sec Gen , is there a conditional resignation under our Party Constitution ?

What ever way they write their resignation , the 12 DOGs has to go .

These are the 12 Dogs who " resign " with their balls hanging on their necks , like the dog license .

Wong Nai Chee, Datuk Wong Mook Leong, Datuk Liew Yuen Keong, Wong Siong Hwee, Datuk Yu Chok Tow, Deputy Higher Education Minister Dr Hou Kok Chung, Deputy Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Wee Jeck Seng, Datuk Dr Yeow Chai Thiam, Datuk Hoh Khai Mun, Datuk Edward Khoo and Lee Wei Kiat.

If DPM Muhyiddin asks these 12 running dogs to eat shit , they will quickly go and eat shit !

If PM Najib asks these dogs to go and die , they will jump down from Petronas Twin Towers .

The Big Snake has finally shown its true colors .

Well many people has been asking me why I am so quiet and why I am posting articles other than MCA .

Here is my response , I am not quiet , you can't be feeding only MCA articles 100 percent , eventually when MCA puts its house in order , this blog will have to evolve into Justice for Malaysians .

So to answer to all those asking for my continued whacking of Brutuses ,

This is what I have to say ..............

On those Central Committee resigning for fresh elections :

The following have emerged :

a) the 12 CCs in the LTL group have now been evenly split into two camps .

Those align to the Ong Ka Ting group wants to resign by next week . Of the six CCs align to OKT , they are :

1) Tan Kok Hong

2) Wee Jack Seng

3) Dr Hou Kok Chung

4) Wong Nai Chee

5) Lee Wei Kiat

6) Edward Khoo Keok Hai

The group align to Liow Tiong Lai now does not wished to resign for fearing that should they lose in the fresh elections they stand to lose everything . So I am told they are NOT resigning . Obviously the 547 delegates who attended the special briefing got the message to them .

They are :

1) Yu Chok Tow

2) Yeow Chai Thiam

3) Ho Khai Mun

4) Liew Yuen Keong

5) Wong Siong Hwee

6) Wong Mook Leong

So to me the GUP is of most importance to me than to be whacking them day in day out .

For those CC s who heeded the calls by PM to resign is akin to having Najib as the President of the Malay Controlled Association and they are liken to be the real traitors of MCA . The more they listen to UMNO , the more they are exposing their backside for all to see until you can even count the number of hairs sticking out from their arsehole .

Two weeks to resign !

MCA leaders given two weeks to resign

The ultimatum is made... Chua (centre) is going to wait a fortnight only. - Picture by Choo Choy May

By Adib Zalkapli

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 11 — The MCA special committee which met tonight has set a two week deadline for the central committee members to resign to trigger fresh polls for the troubled party.

But Datuk Dr Chua Soi Lek, who leads the special committee formed to sort out technical matters on holding fresh party elections, admitted that it cannot force party leaders to resign.

“We will use political wisdom,” said Dr Chua when asked on the committee’s action if it fails to get the party leaders to resign.

“We cannot wait until next year to have election,” he told reporters after the special committee meeting.

He also said the party is “very near” to having fresh polls.

Dr Chua also clarified 21 or two-thirds of elected central committee members must resign to make fresh polls necessary as there are 31 elected members.

“We are confident that the MCA central committee members are leaders who love the party and they know what to do for the sake of MCA and Barisan Nasional,” said Dr Chua.

He added that leaders who win the fresh polls will only serve until 2011 and not a full three year term.

He said standard resignation forms have been sent to all central committee members two days ago but none of them have returned the letter.

Previously Dr Chua had said 13 central committee members had expressed their willingness to resign.

He also said the party central committee will decide if fresh elections are necessary for the Youth and Wanita wings. — Bernama

On whether he would encourage the elected members to resign to pave the way for fresh elections , Dr Chua said I only encourage myself to resign .

I wrote in Fresh elections is as good as dead

On the tenure :
As they have only held office for only one year , the election year is not due and thus any fresh election if agreed by all will still have to end in 2011 . Either way it contravenes the Party Constitution , meaning fresh election held without meeting the requirements of three years . Those newly elected CC will only serve one and a half years when the constitution says three years .

On the time frame :
There should be a stipulated time frame for Liow to get another seven more to resign . We cannot give him blank cheque without time frame . So its now two weeks ..

On the wanita and youth :
The party central committee will decide if fresh elections are necessary for the Youth and Wanita wings.

Also any fresh election without the Youth and Wanita is No Go . If Liow and company will not accept the youth and wanita go for re-election , then the majority will not accept fresh election without the youth and wanita follow same .

They ( WKS and CMF ) know if there is fresh election for the youth and wanita , they will become bygones .

Final conclusion : as predicted .. we will all konw in two weeks time .

Fresh Elections is as good as Dead .

GUP is the way , eventually they will all have to accept GUP .

My Analysis and Opinion .

No election is more or less confirmed . There is no way Liow and company can get another seven CC to resign . No way , they the remaining CCs are not stupid .

Just look at Chua Soi Leks speech and my analysis is there . CSL mention 13 will resign inclusive of him . He has to say that also Lah ! since originally he has also mentioned fresh elections , but why he did not say his people , those align to him will also resign with him ? ??? This you have to read in between the lines , meaning boys I will say I resign but you guys stay put , get it !

Other technicalities also point to no election .

The period , meaning when fresh elections are held , the tenure ends in 2011 ie from 2008 till 2011 as stipulated in the Party constitution that all elected CC members shall serve for a period of three years , ie from 2008 and ends in 2011 .

I don't see the possibility of these requirement being solved or met .

There should be a stipulated time frame for Liow to get another seven more to resign . We cannot give him blank cheque without time frame .

Finally President avoiding all these to prevent the uncrupulous Chinese Media from twisting his words while adding curry powder , spice , chilli and sauce is the right move . Avoid them and no talk right now is the right strategy .

Saya Mau Lari , You pun Mau Lompat Kapal Juga ?

PostHeaderIcon MANY PKR REPS TO JUMP SHIP , SAYS EX-MEMBER

A significant number of PKR elected representatives have expressed their wish to leave the party, former PKR Youth executive council member Zamil Ibrahim said.

Zamil said he had received numerous calls from the representatives who had expressed concerns over their political future and their party’s survival.

“They are worried about two things – (party adviser) Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s sodomy trial, and favouritism in the party,” he said.

Zamil said those who had fallen out of favour risk losing appointed and even elected posts.

“Many who are not on the list of favourites may not be nominated to contest in the next general election,” he said.

Zamil claimed that the number of MPs willing to cross over would be enough to give Barisan Nasional a two-thirds majority in Parliament.

Zamil said many representatives were worried about developments in Penanti, Bukit Selambau, Port Klang and Lunas.

Former Penanti assemblyman Muhammad Fairus Khairuddin and former Bukit Selambau assemblyman V. Arumugam were forced to quit their seats to pave the way for by-elections, he said.

Port Klang assemblyman Badrul Hisham Abdullah and Lunas assemblyman Mohd Radzhi Salleh quit PKR following fears that they would also be forced to vacate the seats.

PAS secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Ali, meanwhile, said monetary offers were being made to induce elected representatives to jump ship.

The party that is willing to “buy” is usually the ruling party (Barisan Nasional) he claimed.

“It has happened before and it is still happening,” he told a press conference yesterday.
