The MCA has spoken , the stand taken by Gan reflects on the stand taken by the party as a whole . Why the need to ask Tee Keat again for his stand ?
Tee Keat is doing the right thing , stay mum for the time being , and see the developments before commenting . The court's have ruled .Tee Keat mum on ‘Allah’ controversy

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 5 — MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat has refused to comment on the “Allah” issue in what looks like an attempt to distant himself from the raging controversy.Yesterday, MCA spokesperson Gan Ping Sieu in a statement lauded the landmark High Court ruling that allowed Catholic weekly The Herald to use “Allah” in their publication.
Gan also hit out at those who said the ruling would confuse Muslims.
But Ong appeared oblivious to the statement issued by his fellow party member. The MCA president also did not clarify if the statement issued by Gan reflects the party’s stand on the matter.
“Who issued the statement? If the statement was issued by the bureau then you should refer to him,” he said at a press conference held after inspecting Rapid KL’s newly purchased four-car trains at the KL Sentral train terminal here.
Where is DAP Lim Kit Siang and Lim Guan Eng's stand on this ? What is Anwar's stand on this ?
WHY IS OTK KEEPING SILENT? WHY SHOULD LKS AND LGE SAY ANYTHING WHEN OTL AND CSL ARE QUIET?

ReplyDeleteYou are feeling the heat now , when some people posted the same on OTK ?
Why so defensive on DAP , LKS and LGE ?
If it is for the good of the community say something lah DAP ! MCA has spoken , where art thou DAP on this issue ? silent as a church mouse ...hahahahaha
DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang called on Prime Minister Najib Razak to convene an inter-religious dialogue to sort out the controversy, rather than rely on the courts to resolve the sensitive issue, which can easily be twisted by political groups with vested interests.
ReplyDeleteBe fair why pick on MCA or DS OTK and DS CSL? MCA has a system now whereby the designated spokeman speaks for the party. Haven't you all heard of empowerment? MCA speak with one voice through her respective bureau chiefs.
ReplyDeleteBangsa Cina Malaysia, Malaysians must respect the country's constitution and precedent should not be set by bypassing the law of the country.
Ini semua sandiwara...... just like office politics only at a higher level.
ReplyDeleteBoss: Hello! tomorrow morning, first thing in the morning, you shoot one email, condemn that issue and cc to all and sundry, OK!
Ah Keat: OK! Boss! Will do as you say!
When every one got the email and start to rant and rave. The BOSS behave like a white knight on a high white horse.
Boss: No problem, I will handle this!! I can tell Ah Keat to revert back to what it was!!!
Sounds familiar??

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 6 — PKR has weighed in on the raging battle over the use of the word “Allah” by backing the High Court ruling that allows the Catholic weekly Herald to use the Arabic term for God in its Bahasa Malaysia edition amid an uproar from Muslim conservatives.
ReplyDeletePKR Religious Strengthening and Understanding Bureau chief Dr Muhd Nur Manuty said "the wish of the non-Muslims to call their God Allah is a positive turn of events and should respectably be recognised".
Just like MCA, PKR Religious Strengthening and Understanding Bureau Chief Dr Muhd Nur Manuty commented and not PKR's President.
This is management skill.
