The widely perceived inefficiency of Malaysian Royal Police (PDRM) in curbing petty crime, notably the snatch-thefts, has been nothing new for years ever since the former Inspector-General Tan Sri Norian Mai took over the top cop job in the late 90’s. However it is until quite recently that such cases be given prominent coverage in the Chinese press.

It is learnt that such coverage is of no coincidence as there had been an unseen hand in orchestrating the move. Sources close to the MCA-controlled Chinese language dailies disclosed that tacit directive from the party leadership had purportedly been received in the name of upholding social justice. Nonetheless, the underworld has been extensively milling the rumors that this is nothing but a retaliatory move against then Inspector-General Tan Sri Bakri Omar and the then CID Chief Dato’ Musa Hassan (the present IGP) who were instrumental in the crackdown of several kingpin-led operatives. Of the present MCA top brass, 3 party leaders namely Ong Ka Ting, Chan Kong Choy and Chua Soi Lek were known to have conspicuous links with the underworld.

In Penang, people generally know that when Jacky Chan detained in Simpang Renggam Rehabilitation Center in 1993 for drug trafficking offenses, Ong Ka Ting is Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, and the people also know that Ong Ka Ting-lah the one who membebaskannya from detention after only 2 years. To recompense Ong Ka Ting, Jacky Chan later joined the MCA.

It is impossible that Ong Ka Ting did not know Jacky Chan, Jacky Chan either before or while detained in detention and also when he joined MCA. Jacky Chan is a young man so prominent in the world of secret societies in 80s and 90s, involved in the murder case of 6 family members at a wedding in Sungai Petani. This case get excited because it was a case of murder most courageous done openly by the group gangsterism.

In addition, Jacky Chan is also involved in the brutal murder of 10 others, all involving members share their own proportions. Members are killed because they allegedly betrayed the Sio Sam Ong group led by Jacky Chan. This brutal murder is done, 5 of which were found dead after being reviewed by forensic experts, confirmed that the victim was beaten and buried alive. News reported extensively on this murder and after it disensasikan by the media, especially the Chinese media, the name of Jacky Chan and group Sio Sam Ong became public reference. He was aged only within the 30's when the peak of its involvement in the illegal world, seen as potential leaders of secret societies, bold, rich and influential. No people, especially those from Penang Chinese community who do not know Jacky Chan. Therefore, do not try to fool with Mahathir's hopes of closing tembelang party allies. Instead, he as head of the MCA must take stern action against the MCA as president and the party associated with unhealthy elements that may threaten national security.

These images show the involvement of Jacky Chan in MCA and also with Ong Ka Ting not just take a picture with only. Jacky Chan and gangsterism-group relations is the cornerstone of the success of MCA and Gerakan in Penang in the last election.


Jacky Chan extent not only involved in the MCA or BN, but the head of all secret societies at large that there is Penang BN component party members. They like Tan Sri Tan Kok Ping, head of the group or groups Pheh "Red", a "businessman" who is also Director of Berjaya Group, and Datuk Lim Gait Tong, head of group 04 and chairman Farlim also involved in the political BN. Tan Kok Ping, in 80-an ever detained by police in a raid on the council adopted an oath difficult members of the new group Pheh in Bukit Gambir, Penang. He was released without charged in court while 30 of its members arrested and sent to rehabilitation centers or district removed.

Some of you may remember news last year of a triad boss arrested under the ISA, that is Datuk Koo Tee Yam @ Ah Lek, and then mysteriously released just as soon as he was arrested for the second time. Today, we will share the information collected throughout the internet on this Boss of Bosses.

Koo Tee Yam, age 45, is believed to control most of the underworld activities in Kuala Lumpur namely loan sharking, pirated discs and goods, prostitution, drugs, illegal gambling and murder. He has also diversified into many legitimate businesses such as discos, clubs, security companies, restaurants, construction and many more. Controlling assets worth more than RM1 billion, he is the head of the so called "Four Heavenly Kings" that controls a large criminal empire in West Malaysia.

Active in politics, it is believed that Koo Tee Yam has sent many triad members to infiltrate MCA, particularly the Bukit Bintang MCA division where he operates vice dens. He was so powerful that then MCA President Ling Liong Sik sent Federal Territory MCA Chief and Deputy Minister for Energy, Telecommunications and Multimedia Tan Chai Ho to enlist him in aid of MCA. However, Koo Tee Yam disliked Ling Liong Sik.

Thus, he started cultivating ties to current MCA Deputy President Chan Kong Choy (via their mutual friend Dato' Ta Kin Yan - now Tan Sri Ta who hated Ong Tee Keat for refusing to approve his application for dark tints for his car ) businessman with ties to pirated disc syndicates and the president Ong Ka Ting. He hated MCA Youth leader Ong Tee Keat, even sending gang members to create trouble in Ong Tee Keat's constituency Ampang Jaya. Subsequently, Ong Tee Keat has been increasingly sidelined by both MCA and UMNO (2006 MCA General Assembly and sniping with Hishamuddin).

He didn't like Chua Soi Lek either , when Ka Ting was the President , Chua on one occasion told him to buzz off Johore and to look after the Federal issues . As far as Johore was concerned he Ka Ting was out of his jurisdication .That was how the snoop squad was formed . The three named were Wee Jack Seng , Ka Ting's political secretary with Tee and liow being named . So the plot was hatched to get Soi Lek out .

In 2008 his intention was to put Ong Ka Chuan up as President , however he realized that because of the tsunami in 2008 and the Chinese community and MCA members were rejecting them , the ONG Brothers Sdn Bhd , he decided to put up Ong Tee Keat to fight for the President and his brother OKC to fight for the No 2 . This was a back door to becoming president as he knew and thought Tee Keat could be a one year president . His plans fell short when his brother OKC lost to Chua Soi Lek .

So you can now see now that they the Ong Brothers Sdn Bhd planned all this to remove both Chua and Ong making use of the third force . Liow would also eventually be kicked out like a disposable diaper . The exposure of the car corruption case could well be their secret plan to remove him Liow so as to pave the way for Ong Ka Chuan to move up . This is definety the work of the Ong Bros Sdn Bhd removing Liow while putting the blame on OTK's supporters. If OTK's supporters were responsible , would they write as from a OTK supporter ? Anonymous would be more appropriate , don't you think so ?

During the 2004 General Election, Koo Tee Yam allegedly handed over RM20 million in donations to the Prime Minister personally. The meeting was supposedly arranged by former MCA Youth leader Dato' Seri Kee Yong Wee @ Kee Ah Mat. Since then, he has boasted that the police couldn't touch him. When the previous IGP came to power, incensed with what he heard, arrested Koo Tee Yam under the ISA. The newspapers had a field day on this story. A court found him innocent and ordered him released. The police however swooped in again to arrest him.

Down Memory Lane

FATHER OF TRIADISM IN MCA

Amid the tribute paid to Dr. Ling Liong Sik by MCA following his involuntary abdication of the party presidency, little did the public know that the former party president was to be blamed for opening the floodgate to allow the infiltration of triads into the party.

Prior to Ling’s tenure, triad elements did exist in the party but flexed no political muscle as to influence the party’s destiny. In other words, they merely existed as individuals and were not being brought into the party systematically on large scale as it is today.

Now that the party is embroiled in the scandal of triad infiltration with the new president Ong Ka Ting implicated. The focus of public attention seems to have centred on the notorious triad king-pin Ong King Ee, nicknamed Jackie Chan only as he is now on the nationwide police alert for arrest. But there are those who had made their way into the rank and file of the party at the behest of certain party leaders with the intention of wresting control of the party delegate-ship at various levels which would ultimately determine the future leadership of MCA.

Following the influx of triads into the party in recent years, intimidation among party members has been on the rise alarmingly. The youth fracas in the Youth Annual Assembly on 3-8-01 has drawn much publicity glare as it was deemed unprecedented in the party history. By and large, people might have realized that the fracas was premeditated but not by the youth chief Ong Tee Keat and the Assembly speaker (ie: the presiding officer of the Assembly) as were alleged by the veteran committee commissioned by Dr. Ling. But little were they aware that the premeditation of the fracas had in fact been reported to him as the then president by Hang Chin Peng, the present vice chairman of MCA National Youth and Loh Seng Kok, the political secretary to Dr.Ling. The latter was said to have given tacit approval by keeping silent over the fracas premeditation.

On the induction of Ong King Ee (nicknamed “ Jackie Chan” ) into the party, the leadership though may argue that it is near impossible for them to have knowledge of all members’ background, the fact remains that both Ling and his successor Ong Ka Ting had prior knowledge of his involvement and connection in the underworld even after the triad kingpin was released from the Simpang Renggam detention camp.

Not only was King Ee inducted into MCA with their full blessing, the former was also allowed to form a new branch under his own stewardship with full liberty to recruit triad members into the branch. Of all those branches purportedly infiltrated by triads at the behest of Ling and his cronies, notably Ka Ting, Wan Thor Boey and Gurney Drive MCA branches deserve a full scrutiny of their members.

Behind the semblance of innocence put up by Ling and his cronies, they were quick to justify to the top BN leadership their induction of triads into MCA by saying that the existence of triad elements in ethnic Chinese partisan politics has long been unavoidable. To them, by wooing the triads into the fold of MCA is to deprive the opposition parties, notably DAP, of the triads’ support. They could easily cite Penang as a classic example in the 1999 general election in which the swing of support of the triads was said to have contributed enormously to the success of MCA and BN in certain DAP stronghold..

This would explain why the triad kingpin was seen to have been milling around Ling and Ka Ting in the by-election campaign of Indera Kayangan in early 2002. MCA, having been represented in the Home Ministry by a deputy minister, has had no moral ground to disclaim responsibility on the matter. On the other hand, BN is likely to accept MCA’s justification out of political expediency.

Nevertheless, BN should not forget it is now playing with a double edged sword. Hardly three years ago (Aug 2000), the same group of triads, namely Sio Sam Ong (Three Little Emperors) were also deployed by the partisan bosses in the Lunas by-election (state seat in Kedah), but with an entirely differing agenda. Instead of ensuring victory for BN through delivery of ethnic Chinese votes, the gang headed by King Ee (or better known as “Jackie Chan) was deployed to intimidate the ethnic Chinese voters to vote against BN, with the sole aim of embarrassing Chua Jui Meng who was then heading the Kedah MCA. The kingpin’s henchmen never attempted to hide the truth that the said move was directed by Dr. Ling through Ka Ting with the knowledge of Chor Chee Heung, the present Deputy Home Minister from Alor Setar, Kedah.

While Dr.Ling was honored as the “Father Of Development Of TAR College”, perhaps it would be more relevant to accord to him another unprecedented yet unrivalled title: “Father Of Triadism In MCA” which serves to commemorate his inaugural massive induction of triad members into the party.
