Pornstars Liars Fraudsters Incorporated

Here's an update on the 10 million , since its a hot issue among CSL's supporters who have been claiming and making slanderous allegations . Have we got a case here to sue the pornstar for making all those unsubstantiated allegations with proof of him sending all those material to all central delegates ? Can we sue ? when the case is already with the courts ?

MACC confirms that there is no proof of payment.

It is most disgusting and irresponsible for CSL to make allegation in today's (7/10/2009) SIN CHEW PAPER that his Sex VCD is a lesser offence that the unproven allegations of RM10 Million donation.

Innocent until proven guilty is the golden rule. not the other way round , guilty until proven innocent

CSL was given the benefit of this rule. He was allowed to stand in the 2008 party election simply because his case has yet been decided by the then Disciplinary Board.

Tiong allegation of RM10 Million is not supported by any concrete and admissible evidence. Is a big mouth talk only. MACC confirms that.

How can an unsubstantiated allegation be compared to an admitted and proven case of sex VCD.

CSL is just making unfounded allegations ,slanderous allegations and a loose big cannon !

MACC probe on Tiong’s allegation against Tee Keat draws a blank

By LOURDES CHARLES

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has not found any evidence to indicate that MCA president Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat received RM10mil from Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd CEO Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing for party activities.

It is learnt that investigations by the commission have so far drawn a blank, and nothing has been uncovered to back Tiong’s allegations.

Tiong himself is being investigated by the police and the MACC for fraud, including overcharging and unsubstantiated claims in the construction of the controversial RM4.6bil Port Klang Free Zone project.

Sources familiar with the investigations said the commission interviewed more than seven witnesses, including Tiong and Ong, who has vehemently denied the allegations.

(Ong has since filed a RM500mil suit against Tiong for unfounded and defamatory remarks by Tiong following the Port Klang Free Zone disclosure. The High Court has set Nov 4 to hear the suit.)

Sources said MACC officers, besides questioning all those allegedly involved, also checked their bank accounts.

It is learnt the MACC was expected to submit its findings to its legal and prosecution department, and to the Attorney-General’s chambers for advice.

Meanwhile here are some related news :

Tiong’s plane ‘frozen’

KUALA LUMPUR: A luxury jet aircraft worth millions of ringgit and several other assets belonging to embattled Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd (KDSB) chief executive officer Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing have been frozen.

Police invoked a section under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to also freeze a luxury car as well as a plot of land said to be owned by Tiong.

The jet is one of two luxury aircraft — a Learjet 60 and a Gulfstream IV — registered with Wijaya Baru, the parent company of KDSB.

Sources said the order to freeze the asset transactions was served on Tiong yesterday as part of police investigations into Tiong’s Kuala Dimensi — the turnkey contractor for the construction of the controversial Port Klang Free Zone.

Sources said the order to freeze the asset transactions was served on Tiong yesterday as part of police investigations into Tiong’s Kuala Dimensi — the turnkey contractor for the construction of the controversial Port Klang Free Zone — for possible fraud, unsubstantiated claims and overcharging amounting to close to RM1.6bil.

Both the police and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission started investigating Tiong following reports by Port Klang Authority chairman Datuk Lee Hwa Beng following the findings of a special task force set up on June 10 to look into the legal and financial aspects of both the PKA and PKFZ.

The task force comprised Skrine partner Lim Chee Wee and PricewaterhouseCoopers advisory services managing director Chin Kwai Fatt, and senior executive director Lim San Peen.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan confirmed that the police had frozen several properties of Tiong for investigation purposes but declined to elaborate.

Tiong, who is Bintulu MP and the Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party treasurer-general, had more than RM140mil in the account of Kuala Dimensi frozen early last month, also under AMLA.

Chua had to pay the price for the folly of his ways

Of Late there have been many letters and opinions posted in the MSM and some have valid points raised . Unlike some armchair political writers in some websites with so called credentials like fellow in this institution , fellow in that , but talking rubbish and painting a one sided story while totally ignoring the facts on hand . To me these writers either do not understand politics as it is or they have been compromised with some sweeteners to write only to the benefit of those providing the sweeteners . They have been used to spin stories . You could probably find many of them in Malaysian Insider and MalaysiaKini .

On the other hand , people , I would not like to use the word delegates , who have been offered money to sign calling for an EGM or to vote for reinstating a certain pornstar is liken to the Chinese saying for money , they will do anything , including selling their mothers to the whore house . They will sell their rights , their principles , their future , their party for a few miserable ringgit .

These people who follow blindly the cult culture of the former president who is now a Tun are now obediently following orders to dispose Ong Tee Keat thru a EGM with sweeteners supplied by his son who became a billionaire before the age of 30 yrs old . He has to protect his interests , his proxy the lady ex-GM OC Phang , as more worms are now coming out of the can .

I found this letter by John Khoo .

JOHN KHOO, Klang

I REFER to your report on moves to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the MCA. On Tuesday afternoon, I learnt that Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat had called for such an EGM.

I am a lawyer and am not an MCA member. I used to admire Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek's forthrightness and ability to speak up when he was the health minister. Now, I prefer to dissect the controversy surrounding him purely from the legal perspective. Sure, there has been an outpouring of sympathy for that man, but I think there's a need to separate emotion from facts.

Dr Chua's sex DVD case first surfaced in January last year. Under tremendous public pressure, he quit as health minister, as an MP and all party posts, although initially he had announced that there was no reason for him to step down. As far as the layman is concerned, he "paid the price". A once high and mighty minister was reduced to a nobody.

But from the legal point of view, justice had not been served yet, because he had not been brought to book. If, for example, the chief executive officer of a company swindled money and the external auditor found out, the CEO could not just wash his hands, quit his post and say "I am sorry, please forgive me". True, the CEO who earned a lot of money now finds himself unemployed. But he had not paid the price for cooking the books yet. That, to me, is a fundamental legal principle.

Another issue was the delay in meting out the "sentence" against Dr Chua. It is quite normal for justice to be served years, if not decades later. The defendants must be given ample opportunity to defend themselves. One is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Therefore, I think it was quite normal for Dr Chua's disciplinary case to seemingly drag. In fact, I read in the newspapers that the disciplinary proceedings against Dr Chua were put on hold due to the party elections last year.

This reminds me of the disciplinary case against Tan Sri Isa Samad, the duly-elected Umno vice-president who was suspended for money politics some years back. Reports were lodged against him as early as 2003, but the Umno disciplinary board only came up with a verdict in 2005 -- a process that took about two years. Action was taken against Isa too, although he had been elected vice-president.

As to the issue of Dr Chua having been voted in by the delegates, we lawyers hold to the maxim that "one is innocent until proven guilty". When Dr Chua stood for the MCA election last year, he was "innocent" under the MCA regulations. When he was found guilty, he had to go.

There is also the question of whether the sacking was too harsh. Yes, in law, one can argue about mitigating factors and judges do take them into account when meting out sentences. I guess Dr Chua's seniority in MCA and vast contributions as a leader cuts both ways -- it can be used to reduce his sentence or it can be used against him. Being a senior leader and minister, he was expected to observe a higher standard of morality. And it didn't help that he admitted "my only regret was to use the same hotel and same room with the same girl over and over again".

And in Dr Chua's case, obviously the disciplinary board took the latter stance

Pornstar Soi Lek sacked .

The presidential council deciding to sack deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek, on the recommendation of the party’s disciplinary committee is the right move to clean up the party of its image and to immediately stop the in fighting within the party before the tumour spreads beyond curable . If you have to remove the tumour , you have to do it , even though you may be left with half a lung , at least the party survives .

The expulsion of Dr Chua is ostensibly his punishment for tarnishing the party’s image over the disclosure in late 2007 of a secret recording showing him engaging in sex acts with his mistress. If this is not damaging the party's image then what is it ? If you are not caught , then it is another issue , but in this case he has even admitted that the person in the DVD is indeed him , so is there a law that says when you are caught in a sex act that is punishable and you are a BN member , it is a non issue whereas if you are a Pakatan leader and caught in a similar act , the law acts differently ? Are there two sets of laws ? one for BN and one for PR ? The laws of the country shall be apllied to everyone living here in Malaysia and lets make sure that there are no two sets of law in this country .

Dr Chua is guilty and has tarnished the image of MCA , he has to go .Wether you like it or not . For those supporters of his , if you don't like what you see , you are free to go . The company needs to dispose of those useless and unwanted inventory .

The MCA cannot afford to have big brother UMNO wanting a tainted leader as it's President for the sake of having an obedient and subservient lap dog as its President . This image was very pronounced during the Bush's era when Tony Blair and the former Australian Premier John Howard were both referred to as Bush's poodle .
Also it is a disgrace to the Chinese community where pride and face is very important . I wonder how MCA is going to face the Chinese community during the next GE if Chua were to be President .

However there is a way out for Chua Soi Lek . He can be the first male pornstar to be elected into the Malaysian parliament should he wishes to contest for a Parliamentary seat in the next GE . I am sure he won't be short of supporters and voters who will vote for him . It will be a first in the world political arena as no male pornstar has ever been elected into any parliament before unlike female pornstars . But first he has to form a party called the Malaysian Pornstars Association and have it registered , which I am pretty sure he won't have difficulty finding a suitable logo . Also he should hire Larry Flynt, who is at an adult entertainment trade promoter and publisher of Hustler magazine to be his campaign manager .

He should emulate these three female pornstars who made it into politics

Pornstar Stormy Daniels considering a run against Sen. David Vitter

WASHINGTON -- Sen. David Vitter, R-La., whose phone calls to a prostitution ring were exposed by an investigator for Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt, now faces a potential Senate challenge from adult film star Stormy Daniels, who has asked Flynt to run her campaign.

Daniels' publicity could prove a distraction for Vitter. "At least in the short term, she's a real problem," said LSU political scientist Kirby Goidel. In the long term, probably not, said Goidel, while cautioning, "if Jesse Ventura can win in Minnesota, why can't she win in Louisiana?"

Pornstar D'Abbraccio is running for public office .

If Cicciolina was known for her impromptu striptease, then D'Abbraccio's calling card must be her bottom -- which she plastered on campaign posters gracing the walls of the Eternal City (see below). Her campaign poster complains that Italians are tired of the same old faces in politics, and uses the Italian swear word for backside to describe what their faces look like.

If elected, D’Abbraccio wants to create a red light area with strip clubs, erotic discos and sex shops called “Love City” just kilometers away from the Vatican.
“It would be something cute, clean — nothing to do with prostitution,” said the actress

Pornstar Cicciolina

The name of that Radical Party candidate was Ilona Staller, but she ran under her stage name "Cicciolina." Staller was a Hungarian-born adult film actress who made absolutely no excuses for her career choice. In fact, her public notoriety as a pornstar is what drew people to her campaign rallies. That, plus the fact that her speeches always included a glimpse of her left titty, and sometimes even a complete striptease.

After winning a seat in Parliament, Cicciolina continued acting in hardcore videos for another two years.

She proposed on two separate occasions to sleep with Saddam Hussein if he would just agree to knock it off already. She made the original appeal in September 1990 during the Gulf War buildup. Cicciolina announced to the world: "I am available to make love with Saddam Hussein to achieve peace in the Middle East."
She renewed the offer in October 2002.
