An Open Letter to MCA , Central Delegates and to MSM Editors

Dear Sirs

I represent a group of MCA Life members who are also Central Delegates to the MCA . I on behalf of them wishes to present our views to the Fresh Elections called by the renegade group of half baked , half past six leaders who have absolutely no love for the party and wishes to see the party sink in quick sand .

The recent call by Liow Tiong Lai that Fresh elections not needed for wings smirks of double standards , irresponsible decisions , incomprehensible actions and absurdity lined with stupidity and idiocracy .

He has implied that fresh party elections in MCA should only be applicable to the parent body, and not the Youth and Wanita wings. Mutinous renegade party vice-president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the fresh party polls were to settle disputes in the parent body, and had nothing to do with the other wings. "There is no need for Wanita and Youth wings to have a new election."

We chose to not to agree with what he has said .

The Youth and Wanita Chief has tarnished the image of the Party with their crying opera acts , has brought the condemnation of the Chinese Community on the party with their constant bickering and with their crying acts deserving an oscar award . I do not wish to dwell on what they did to the President and Party as its well known by everyone and I would like to stay on the subject .

Liow seems to be promoting a democracy where the future of MCA is controlled by the Youth and Wanita Chairman , who can at their whims and fancies , promote chaos and instability in the party that senior MCA leaders will be at their mercies . Imagine creating problems for the Party and no actions can be taken against them by their automatic positions as Vice President from the respective Youth and Wanita positions .

A good example would be the snoop squad where the Deputy President was brought down by these Youth Leaders ( Liow was the National Youth Chief and Wee Jack Seng the State Youth Chief ) with the intention of you climb down the ladder , I climb up the ladder . Note , these two names were mention in the snoop squad report with one now a full Minister and the other a Deputy Minister .

Rejuvenating the party as implemented by Ong Ka Ting when he was the president was with a purpose that he could fully controlled these youngsters who would be fully subservient to his wishes and he would be able to rule like an Emperor without any single objection . This resulted in many capable older leaders being put into cold storage or simply fade away even though they won big majorities in GE11 . Putting these young candidates who won not because of their popularity but rather of their representation of the Party , and who became swollen headed that whatever they do , everyone must listen . A good example is Wee Ka Siong who thinks he is already the Party President , talks as if he is the party president and everyone must kow tou to him . Indeed he has a swollen head and a damned cocky one at that . Expects you to come and shake his hand , rather than he come to you . What a damned cocky youth chief .

As can be seen from his conduct , he thinks he is already a Minister , can even critisise the President and thinks he doesn't owe anyone in the MCA anything for his greedy ambitions .

I also wish to make our point be known that for future Ministerial positions only capable youth / wanita leaders be made or be given ministerial positions and there should be NO back door listing as in the case of Chew who went in thru the back door while losing her elections . Senatorship is not the way to go for these undeserving leaders .

How can Liow insisted that he is upholding democracy while protecting his right and left bridesmaid ? Has he given his solemn promise to them , the Youth and Wanita Chairman that in return for them rebelling against the President they be made Ministers replacing the president in the Transport Ministry and Ng Yen Yen in the Tourism Ministry ? when he Liow became President?

Have they ever considered the wishes and the hopes of the Chines Community in Malaysia ..? Answer is very obvious ..who cares what happens as long as I become MCA President .

To end this long letter the Party must seriously look into this two issues in the name of DEMOCRACY.

a) For fresh elections to take place , it must be for ALL , meaning elections from the branches up to the divisions to the central and must be for all wings , the Youth , the Wanita and for MCA .

b) Assuming that the illegal EGM goes on as scheduled and is called off due to lack of quorum , then the requisitors will have to comply to the GUP since they do not have the mandate and fresh elections will be called off and only be held as per the Party Constitution . ie in 2011 or two thirds of cc resign or requisition by two thirds of the assembly .
