New documents that the Attorney-General plans to introduce into the Teng Beng Hock inquest has stirred up a wave of curiosity, but Teoh’s lawyers are not giving any hints as to what these could be.
“Sorry, I cannot tell you. No way we can reveal at this stage because they have not been produced in court yet,” Gobind Singh Deo told Malaysia Chronicle.
“But what I can say is that these documents are very significant and they can affect the trial and that is why we are furious that the government has chosen to hide them from us until this very late stage. They are ambushing us.”

Nevertheless, given that Thai pathologist Pornthip Rojanasunand is due to arrive in Kuala Lumpur to testify on August 18, speculation is rife the new evidence is connected to forensics.
The 30-year Teoh, a Selangor political officer, was found dead outside the MACC headquarters after overnight interrogation on July 16, 2009.
Government pathologists say he died from injuries due to a fall from a great height, but Pornthip, who is the expert witness for his family, says there is an 80 percent chance of homicide.
Indeed, both Teoh’s family and colleague are adamant he could not have committed suicide as the MACC has claimed. He was due to register his marriage with his fiancée on July 16, 2009, itself and they were looking forward to the birth of their child.
Meanwhile, Gobind told reporters that the new evidence became available last October. “They had it even before a second post mortem was carried out on Teoh’s body but they never told us,” Gobind had earlier said.
Kenapa 'suicide note' TBH tidak dibentang ke Inkues dari awal?
Lama dah kami dok pikiq pasal surat 'suicide note' (surat bunuh diri) Teoh Beng Hock yang didedahkan oleh Jaringan Muda Melayu.
Dari maklumat yang kami dengaq, surat ini sudah lama berada di 'pasaran'. Pada awal Inkues, peguam kerajaan Tan Hock Chuan sudah ada dalam tangan surat 'suicide note'.
Suicide note ini diperolehi dari beg Teoh Beng Hock yang tertinggal di tepi kerusi tempat dia tidor semalaman bersama handphone yang bagai nak gila Ronnie Liu mahukan kembali.
"Suicide note" ini ditulis dalam bahasa Cina dan pastinya telah dihantar untuk terjemahan. Kalau setakat bahasa Cina, dah pasti hantar ke PDRM saja yang memang boleh buat translation dalam bahasa Cina. INi bermakna polis dah tahu pasal surat ini.
Peguam SPRM pun sudah tahu mengenai surat ini.
Dalam surat ini, Teoh Beng Hock menulis kepada Ean Yong dan memberitahu dia telah beritahu segala-galanya kepada SPRM. Dia terpaksa lakukan katanya. Turut juga, dia memberitahu dia akan bunuh diri.
Surat ini adalah satu2 bukti yang pastinya akan menolak habis teori2 DAP untuk salahkan SPRM dan mendedahkan salahlaku yang ada dalam DAP.
Masaalahnya, kalau sekarang baru nak submit to the court, ianya akan di spin oleh DAP dan Pakatan Rakyat. Dari segi prosedur mahkamah, ianya betul. Tapi dari segi persepsi politik, ia boleh diputarbelit.
Kenapa Tan Hock Chuan tidak bentangkan kepada Inkues? Peguam SPRM pun tahu tapi kenapa tidak mahu tuntut Tan bentangkan ke Inkues?
Apa motif Tan untuk tidak mahu keluarkan 'suicide note' ini? Adakah dia lakukan sendiri untuk tidak keluarkan? Adakah sesiapa arah atau diugut dia untuk tidak keluarkan surat ini?
Apa hal sekalipun, peguam SPRM dan PDRM tahu mengenai surat ini ... Siapa nak coverup untuk DAP ni??????

I presume the Royal Commission of Inquiry on the Lingam video scandal has revealed everything about the judiciary. So I feel it is no use commenting about their judgments.

Why is that so? Because unofficially, there are 2 sets of laws; one for so called bumis, the other for the non-bumis. And within the former, it is further broken down into anti-Umno and pro-Umno.
