Gov't accused of conspiracy over Teoh's note, AG must resign
Outraged at what they perceive to be gross unprofessionalism, Pakatan Rakyat leaders are demanding the resignation of Attorney-General Gani Patail over the purported ‘suicide note’ of Teoh Beng Hock, a Selangor political officer who died in suspicious circumstances after overnight interrogation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.
“I am more angered than ever. It is utterly disgusting that the AG can think of cooking up something like this at this stage of the inquest. It is clearly further evidence of high-level conspiracy and fabrication,” Batu MP Tian Chua told Malaysia Chronicle.
“The sudden introduction of the note has also exposed the unprofessionalism that has marked the Attorney-General’s chambers all these years. He must accept responsibility and resign.”

The bizarre development came to light after lawyers for Teoh’s family stormed out of the coroner’s chambers on Monday after finding out that the AG wanted to introduce new evidence that “are very significant and they can affect the trial”.

UPDATED The ‘note’ found by investigators in Teoh Beng Hock’s sling bag is not a suicide note although it may show his state of mind, lawyers for his family and his former boss Ean Yong told Malaysia Chronicle.
“The note has not been produced in court so we cannot discuss it in detail but it is too soon to jump to the conclusion it is a suicide note,” Ean told Malaysia Chronicle.
"It may contain information that gives an idea of how he was feeling. But at this point, I must stress, we do not know whether the note was really written by Beng Hock."
Something's amiss
His words were echoed by Gobind Singh Deo, the lawyer for Teoh’s family, who questioned Attorney General Gani Patail’s suggestion that it was a suicide note.
Gobind also worried that the thrust of the prosecution’s case had from day one centered on Teoh’s frame of mind and suspected something could be amiss.
“It is a note but whether it is a suicide note is questionable. The question of Teoh’s frame of mind in this trial has been used by the prosecution. Now we find that they had in their possession a document allegedly written by Teoh,” he said.
May bring in own experts
First it is a suicide note , now note is not a suicide note . Can someone tells us exactly what it is ?

Chung Ling Dragon Boat victims.
If only these anons had read all the articles I wrote about this dragon boat tragedy !
a) If the state govt had listened to the various agencies against moving the dragon boat festival to that area which is noted for its extreme currents , NO ONE would have died .
b) If the state govt had maintained the festival to be held at the Telok Bahang Dam , NO ONE would have died .
c) If they had moved it to the Mengkuang Dam , NO ONE would have died .
d) They the state govt is claiming that they were not wearing life vests and not swimmers . If they were swimmers and wearing life vests they would still have PERISHED and DIED simply because the under current in that area was VERY STRONG .
This is evident two years ago when five Singaporean boat rovers died in the Dragon Boat festival held at the Mekong River in Cambodia where the under current was very strong .They were wearing life vests and were very strong swimmers .
e)The state govt has not called a Commission of Inquiry into their deaths .
f) the state govt has not sacked its exco Danny Law who was responsible for shifting the venue from the Telok Bahang Dam to that Weld Quay area .
g) Since its inception there has never been any deaths associated with dragon boat rowing under the BN govt .
