Hello , Those central committee who have not resigned ! Please take note !

Datuk Ti , need action on this !

As per clause 41 and 42 of the Constitution, within 3 days, the remaining CC members must elect new members to fill the positions of the cc, left vacant from the resignations of 21 members. This is to enable the CC to run and administer the affairs until the elections on 28th March.

The newly appointed CC members in exercising clause 162 and 163 can pass a standing order on the youth leader for cancelling the youth AGM and calling for boycott of the AGM.

Those of you who have received sms telling you not to attend tomorrows Youth AGM and MCA's AGM , please do not delete them . We shall need them to be proofs when we institute disciplinary proceedings against him . Please forward those sms to Datuk Fong Chan Oon .

Please do not delete those SMS !

  1. Once and for all you guys must take a stand.

    What is MCA for?

    For arm no?

The resignation of CSL and LTL, and their respective gangs, is a result of arm no's manipulation.

Instead of respecting MCA as a partner member of the Barisan Nasional, arm no is treating MCA as though MCA is but a disposable diaper.

WKS's 4 Million ringgit must be investigated.

Whatever CSL will get from arm no with his cooperation, it too must be uncovered.

No more can any MCA member, and the matter of fact, any hot-blooded Chinese, standing on the sideline.

Go ahead and appoint the new CC members and then, with the full CC, direct an immediate new election for BOTH the Wanita branch and the Youth branch of MCA.

MCA can no longer tolerate such bastards !

  2. Wee and Chew walked out of the meeting in defiance of an order by the remaining CC members today. This is tantamount to misconduct by officers(Wee and Chew) of MCA and has to be hauled up by the Disciplinary Committee.

Further, election for Wanita branch and Youth branch of MCA must be carried out as sanctioned in the CC meeting of 29 Jan. If Wee and Chew cancell the Youth and Wanita AGM then they will be subject to disciplinary action to be taken against them.

  3. Problem !

The news are reporting that both the Youth and the Wanita have postponed their respective AGMs !!

    Now, let's brainstorm:

    1. What if more than 200 CDs still turn out to the supposingly "postponed" Wanita and/or Youth AGMs?

    2. Will that AGMs-with-no-CC be legal?

    3. If the AGMs attended by more than 200 CDs (the legal quorum) with or without the CC are legal, then, can they (the attending CDs) vote?

    4. If #3 is "Yes", then, can the CDs voted to have a new election?

Please check the party constitutions, guys !

  4. The scenario is very clear that the CONFIRMED RESIGNATION OF 21 CC HAS PAVED THE WAY FOR NEW REPLACEMENT UNTIL 28TH MARCH 2010. SO BOTH YOUTH & WANITA DURING THIS GRACE PERIOD IS TOTALLY UNDER THE FULL CONTROL SO CALL CARE-TAKER OR NEW CC. The fate of WKS & CMF either under MACC investigation during this period shall leave the cabinet & CMF goes home to fry noddles again.

  8. ‘Food fight’ at Wanita MCA meeting
BY FOONG PEK YEE and LEE YUK PENG

KUALA LUMPUR: Wanita MCA delegates were torn between two sides when they arrived at the party headquarters here for their annual general meeting.

A group of Wanita leaders aligned to Wanita chief Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun were seen coaxing the delegates to go to the restaurant opposite Wisma MCA to have dim sum with Chew.

At a certain point, the coaxing turned ugly.

Some supporters of the opposing camp saw the breakfast invitation as a ploy to derail the AGM.

One delegate, Chong Sau Chan, put it bluntly: “We put aside our household chores to come here to discuss party matters and not to have breakfast.”

Most said being invited for breakfast with the boss was certainly an honour but not when the feuding factions were out to put up a show of power.

Those aligned to Chew claimed that over 400 delegates — more than the 350 who registered for the AGM — joined her for the almost three-hour breakfast that started as early as 7.30am but Chew’s detractors claimed the figure was inflated and that some of them at the breakfast were not delegates.

The start of the AGM inside the San Choon Hall in Wisma MCA was no less dramatic.

Speaker Ooi Siew Kim and deputy speaker Lee Pit Chern kicked off the event at 9am by declaring that the AGM should be adjourned.

    The delegates jeered.

Wanita national organising secretary Tan Cheng Liang — a tall and gutsy lady — then grabbed the microphone and declared that Ong Chong Swen, who is Kelana Jaya MCA chairman, would be the replacement Speaker.

During the AGM, several delegates and central committee members criticised party leaders for wanting to postpone the AGM.

Ong also joined in the criticism until she suddenly realised that she was Speaker. “I am the Speaker. I should not be talking so much,” she said.

She adjourned the AGM at noon.

By then, the delegates were more relaxed and posed happily for press photographers before collecting their lunch packets outside the hall.

At Legend Hotel where MCA Youth was to hold its AGM, there was even more drama.

The press covering the event numbered close to 100, outnumbering the 87 delegates who turned up.

The journalists and photographers swarmed the delegates to get their comments when they arrived to register.

Some of the delegates were so overwhelmed by the attention that they ran off with the press hot on their heels.

Deputy Youth chief Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon who was among the 87, certainly had an unforgettable experience yesterday.

The worried-looking cardiologist had been counting numbers since registration opened at 8 am.

By 10.30am, the sad reality struck.

The required quorum of 200 delegates was not met and the meeting had to be called off for the first time in the wing’s 46-year history.
