Liow denies asking Dr Chua to back presidential bid

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 11 — Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai has denied allegations made by MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek earlier today that he had asked for the latter's support in his bid to be party president.
Liow described Dr Chua’s remarks as a diversion.
Earlier today, Dr Chua had said he was prepared to step down as deputy president if that was what Liow wanted.
He also said that Liow had asked him for support to wrest the president’s post from incumbent Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat after the party’s Oct 10 EGM.

Democracy means no constitution. No need to subscribe to anything endorsed in the meeting legally called but it is ok to support meeting illegally called.

Get out and pack and go far far away, don't just go to Bentong and ride on a bicycle and fool everyone there anymore ok. You have no principles, no dignity, no moral values, no vision and a lousy back stabber. You are really low class and is a disgrace to UKM ( as yuo were studying in UKM in Food Technology) and cause so much trouble to OTK and MCA. My advise to you is either you accept the challenge posed by CSL today and accept the deputy presidency seat as a real man with the 'thing' by saying aloud: I want your seat, Datuk Seri Chua Soi Lek or you resign from MCA right now. Don't play play any more and show to the world you are a MAN, please.

Should we consider the possibility of sacking all those 9 MPs as a warning to all to stop breaking up MCA?
If we let them go, just because they are MPs, what message are we sending to the members, and to all the Chinese, about MCA?
This is a very serious question all gonna have to ponder !

Kalambong, your point is good but don't need to worry too much, after all, where can they go, Pakatan will not accept them as they are poison box office, ( piau fang du yauk ). The next GE will not be too far away, the way I see it, once they are removed of their ministerial positions for some of them, they will become deadwood MPs and their lives will cease when come the next GE. Of course, Najib will really pound on them if they back stab BN after their expected down fall after the self proclaimed EGM on 28 Nov.

He was very unsure what to say. Yes, he said about democracy and dignity. Did he understand what he said? DEMOCRACY? Defying the voice of the majority. Dignity? Try to convene an unconstitutional EGM. The reasons given to requisition for the EGM flawed and thus it was constitutionally rejected.

Actually this is understandable, because most of them were handpicked by Ong Ka Ting for the 308 GE and they won....
That explains why our President was and is still slow in sacking any of them....
"Friendly engagement" is preferred in this delicate situation, because no one likes to see anyone rocks the MCA --which is already in the eyes of the Chinese community half-dead/half-paralysed....
So, for eg., if it is true that Chor Chee Heung is willing to withdraw from LTL's camp, [read China Press today] there is no harm for OTK to accept him (Chor) and let him remain at the MOF. After all, Chor is also a "cari makan" middle-ranking leader only; this will be his last term as MP.
There is a need to keep every faction happy & satisfied.
Though it may be near imnpossible, it must be strived so that: Semua ada habuan (gains), MCA akan hidup. Jika hanya satu dua puak ada habuan, SEMUA PAKAT HABIH = 174 (Yat Zai Sei =all dead).

ReplyDeleteIt appears that Wee Jeck Seng who holds a junior post (Youth & Sports Deputy Minister)is easier to be dropped and replaced by CSL's son, Chua Tze Yong.
Wee Jeck Seng is in a high risk spot because he is also very close with the Ong Brothers....
As at today, it appears that LTL, WKS, CMF & Hou may still be in the safe (Cabinet) seats.
OTK is accomodative nowadays. So he won't rock the boat as I can see....

Datuk Seri LTL, the ROS does not give its view. ROS interpretes the party constitution which have been sanctioned and approved by the body governing all legally registered societies in Malaysia including political parties.
